Ordered three entrees to go with two sides of guacamole. All the entrees contained pinto beans and were so salty rendering them inedible. Fine I said, let’s eat some chips with guacamole instead. Mistake!! Both guacamole had actual chunks of avocado skin in it and big chunks of hard raw avocado fruit. And?? You guessed it, someone dropped a salt shaker in it as well. Why is Chipotle so inconsistent on quality across their locations. Someday I go there and it seems like they didn’t salt/season the beans, or the chickens too spicy etc. I basically waisted almost $30 on dinner for food I ended throwing away! Still hungry and now pissed off!! Do better, please!

boyfriend made an online order for two bowls and picked it up. When we opened it at home his queso had spilled all over his bag as they failed to correctly put the lid on it, no napkins or utensils when it was clearly stated on our receipt and his bowl wasn’t even half full. 30 dollars for that.

This is the stingiest chipotle I’ve ever been to.
If you order online you’re getting a half-empty bowl of cold ingredients.
If you order in person be prepared to spend 20-30 minutes in line waiting, and an extra 5 ordering to keep telling them to put more in the dang bowl. Astonishingly then manage to always be out of ingredients. Where they’re going? Who knows, because it’s not on your bowl.
Unfortunately the feedback left in the app for years does nothing. This location sucks.

Used to be the place we’d go. Not anymore & not again. Customer service is not their goal. Pretty dismissive and there was a lack of care for the customers. Seemed to be cleaning up and putting things away @ 7:00pm. Made it frustrating to order.

Long line moved very slowly & they were out of cheese. I picked up carry out for two. The bowl that had the beef had a lot of extra broth in it causing the container to be soggy & leaking. I usually go to a different location but happened to be close to this one so I took a chance it would be ok.
This location is always out of half the line items. They place is always a complete mess.

This place offers terrible service. Everything is dirty, with crusty food on the counters, floors, and tables. It’s all very disappointing! The young staff working here seem unconcerned about service or professionalism, often distracted by their phones instead of attending to customers. It’s a disgusting place to eat. I will never return, and I don’t recommend anyone eat here unless they are willing to risk getting food poisoning!

The food is usually good. Not so much this night. They were out of all meat aside from chicken. It was only 7:00 PM. The guacamole was unseasoned, and brown. It just tasted like avocado. Staff was okay. There was a large piece of plastic (packaging?) in my food. The staff around lunch time is always friendly and I’ve not had an issue. The evening staff not so much. It seemed like a completely different location at night. The staff were swearing a lot too.
