Google Direction could not locate this place. Old fashion way to locate this place just looking over map and asking people.
Chicken and gacumola were very salty, so chicken and glaucoma got waiste Informed cashier, and no response just idle in front of register.

After 15 years of eating chipotle multiple time a week, I've had to put it to a stop because of this location. The food is just not the same and is not up to typical chipotle standards.

The workers simply do not seem to care as the place is always dirty even when they're not busy and just sitting around on their phones.

Even in person, my order is wrong over half the time. My wife and I ordered in the app one night and got the wrong order. After arguing with chipotle about this we got a credit that we can't even use online without spending more money for a meal we never got in the first place.

502 Intro

So they screwed up our delivery—forgot an item and messed up the only thing they did send. I had to drive up to get it fixed, and while remaking it (for free), the worker was making two bowls at once and swapped mine without me noticing. Maybe if they focused on one order at a time instead of rushing, they wouldn’t have to keep redoing things. I get fast food is tiring and stressful but if you’re so miserable working there I’d suggest looking for a new job …

Health department- please shut down! This was by far the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Food littered the entire line, the floor behind the counter, every single table, every surface I could find. Dirty dishes were piled just feet from the food being cooked. The worst part - while one could render an excuse that they were short staffed or simply busy; I watched as employees stood and did absolutely nothing. Food was caked on every surface on the serving table, fountain machine, tables, and even chairs. I took pics of the entire visible restaurant and there isn’t one spot void of food, debris, and trash. And that’s what we see! The staff was impolite, ignored multiple orders, and managed to even mess up the size of chips we bought despite us asking three times. Giving them a single star shouldn’t even be an option. Finally the black male who rang us out must be racist as he stated at one point, “more white people,” to his colleague. There were no redeeming qualities. Please look at the pics - they show it all!

This location is actually just horrible. I couldn't tell you how many times they've forgotten my drink. Last time I ordered double brisket and it had maybe 5 pieces total. At first I thought they just forgot it somehow but it was actually just even more insulting that they even bothered. And this time they put paper in the bowl????? How does that happen. This location sucks, use the Morse road one if you can

Today I went at night and there was these two black girl working there acting like they couldn’t understand me just because I was Hispanic. The place was disgusting as well . Not clean at all and I felt discriminated.

Service was terrible even for a fast food restaurant. We didn't get forks, spoons or napkins with our food that we preordered to-go. Everyone was standing around when we picked our food up. the restaurant was gross food all over the floor. The drink area was empty of forks, spoons, and napkins. There was pop spilled all over the countertop. Will not be returning.

Always a good choice when eating out. Employees are courteous and appear well groomed. Portions have improved since being on national news for the topic. Our location is very popular which equates to fresh products and urgency serving the customers.

I have been to this location many times, usually picking up something for lunch or dinner. They open at 10:45am and recently, I walked in at 10:55. My food was ok. For some reason, my lettuce is always borderline fresh but whatever…. The reason for 1 star: the inside of the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Clearly had not been cleaned the night before and now I’m thinking maybe this is usual. When I say it was disgusting: greenish black guac on a couple of tables and on the floor. Tortilla crumbs and shredded cheese. And the lemonade machine? Ugh. This had not been emptied or cleaned. One of them had about an inch of juice, the other 3 were anywhere from 1/2 to 1/3 full. It made me sick to think that they sat like that and are likely just refilled as needed. And this was all right there for the customers to see, in plain view. I wasn’t the only one there. Several people walked in with me. It made me wonder, if this is what we DO see-I can’t imagine what it looks like behind the counter and in the back. Management should be ashamed. This would NEVER pass a health inspection. UPDATE: Reading through the other comments, I see several others reviews where mentioning how dirty the place is. Come on. Do better. Get your employees to clean. I won’t come here again. It was THAT bad. 2nd update: see that link from someone in corporate asking me to reach out? Yeah. That doesn’t work.

Perpetually slow and out of the most common items (not actually out of them just understaffed). How are you out of white rice at 525 pre dinner rush? They won’t give any notice either as people wait in line? Whoever owns this location needs a new career path. Shut this trash location down
