We ordered subs for delivery and I paid extra for additional dressing. Not only did the extra dressing not come, but my sub didn’t have any dressing on it at all. This made the sandwich dry and disappointing, especially since it was an added cost. Overall, the order wasn’t prepared as requested, which was frustrating.
I ordered a pizza this afternoon and was given the standard “25 minutes” estimate. I got there in 20, took it home (1 mile away), and it was lukewarm. We ordered pizza a couple of weeks ago, Friday night. My wife picked it up at the stated time and again by the time she arrived home with it is was barely lukewarm. It wasn’t placed where it could be kept warm, she said your staff offered to cook a new one but we didn’t have time for that. I’m sure there are many reasons...
Pizza...excellent. Our group ordered 3...all were as good as it gets. Didn't rate service bc you order when you go in and then they let you know when it's ready. Walk up to the bar for drinks.
