Disappointed!!!! I love cold stone cupcakes. Never had a problem before. I got there and there was no cupcakes in the case. The girl said she would have to ice some. She put a shallow layer on the cupcakes with bare spots on all of them. $17.00 not worth it.

I don't frequent the place but I got an email for my birthday for a buy one get one free. Which I had showed the clerk before I ordered and she said it was fine. Then when checking out it was no longer valid? And I wasn't able to use it. So be careful when using promos/coupons.
This is my very first time to OH and I love cold stone ice cream so while I'm here I thought I was going to be able and grab some of my ice cream from my favorite place but today was one of my worst that I ever experience from a cold stone ice cream pollar first they didn't greet you when walking in the store secondly, the young lady was just wiping her nose and didn't go wash her hands and was ready to try to serve ice cream to me the second person in the store distant and knowledge. The person at all like you wasn't there for service. So overall, your employees need to be retrained on the hospitality and service of the title of their job
