I don't frequent the place but I got an email for my birthday for a buy one get one free. Which I had showed the clerk before I ordered and she said it was fine. Then when checking out it was no longer valid? And I wasn't able to use it. So be careful when using promos/coupons.

This is my very first time to OH and I love cold stone ice cream so while I'm here I thought I was going to be able and grab some of my ice cream from my favorite place but today was one of my worst that I ever experience from a cold stone ice cream pollar first they didn't greet you when walking in the store secondly, the young lady was just wiping her nose and didn't go wash her hands and was ready to try to serve ice cream to me the second person in the store distant and knowledge. The person at all like you wasn't there for service. So overall, your employees need to be retrained on the hospitality and service of the title of their job

It's been a little while since I have been in but my husband got me the most delicious ice cream cake for my birthday here. Unlike DQ that is all ice cream with the fudge and cookie in the middle, Coldstone cakes have actual cake and ice cream. Mine also had a delicious ganache-like frosting. Would def get one again.

My experience was just ok. Not really greeted & the prices on display is NOT the price when you have to pay. That's NOT including tax or anything..the price on the display is $5.99 for "LOVE IT" and it rung up $7.29. Also had a "birthday cupon" for a free ice cream but you have to PAY for one in order to get the one free..?♀️..what if your not with another person to give it away to!?...I will not be returning back
