I wanna give a shout out to Leia the cake decorator. I went in last week to see if she could do a Grinch cake for my birthday. She said sure. They had one made on Monday when I went back to order it and so I took that one to be put on hold till today. Went back in today and she had another one made for me. Her and another female (didn't get her name) was so helpful.

Their prices are INSANE…$4.19 for a small dipped cone is wild. almost $6 for a small blizzard…wow

The drive thru worker was incredibly kind and all of my food was amazing!

The lady with short red hair, in a Saturday was just super nice, and was still smiling when it was a big pumpkin thing going on,all the kids were their, she was super helpful to me,still smiling with all the crazy that was going on in store,

Westerville Uptown DQ Grill & Chill is most excellent DQ. Always busy and full of younger people which is to be expected given its location to Otterbien University & Westerville City Schools.

Mind you, I am neither allowed to go back there nor particularly enjoyed the service or food at certain times, it is not a poorly run establishment nor dirty or filled with outright hateful people. But a grain of salt, as with all things.

Went in to get a cake for my husband's birthday. I asked for a cup of krunch kote. The employee at the register asked the manager how to charge. They were told $1/scoop. Okay, cool, until I find out a scoop is maybe a tablespoon. So $16 for a cup of sprinkles. Guess I will have to go to another location next time.

This place is consistently busy. Generally my experience there is always positive. The food is usually well prepared and the staff is always friendly.

However, this evening, I ordered two blizzards and took them home (around the corner).

I have to say that I was a bit surprised when we discovered both of them tasted like water (if that was such a thing?). Maybe watered down is a better descriptor. I should specify this isn't an example of ice cream melting this is something completely different.

I speculate that when preparer gets done making a blizzard, they put some of the components in a bin of water to "clean" them off. I think what happened for this experience is they pulled the components out of that bin and did not clean off the excess water and began to make the blizzards.

I don't know if that's a normal practice, but I don't ever recall it effecting product quality if so. I genuinely hope that this experience is a one off and that it's not a change in product consistency. I'm not a fan of being wasteful - but both of those blizzards ended up in the trash.

Great food however, I ordered a burger and fries and didn't check my bag. They gave me the sandwich only. This faux pas will not keep me from returning there. Everyone makes mistakes.

I placed an online order and once I arrived to pick it up, they stated that I must come in to get my order.. they had no care if I had small children or a handicap, they simply just said I must come in. I requested a refund and rather than them handing me my order of 2 kids cones and a milkshake through the window, they honored my refund through the window. Seems like they need to work on their customer service at this location, never had any issues at other locations.
