I could not order online for some reason. I told them about it, then there was a problem with processing my order in the store after that. The manager intervened, made my whole order free, and then the employee even brought the order out to my car. Top notch service!
Music is annoying, even offensive. But the place is clean, and they welcome you warmly as you enter.
The Dave's bites were just warm, not hot. I ate them in the car as soon as I got them, so they should have been piping hot. The hot version was not spicy enough either.

This place Dave’s is better than Columbus Dave’s. And that’s crazy bc Columbus Dave’s is great too. If you don’t like Dave’s you’re overly buggin. On a serious note the customer service is great, the food is hot, and the restaurant is clean.
