It was awesome to find a restaurant that's not a chain for a change. Not only that but the food that I had was incredible. I can't wait to go back and try something different each time!

Good salad diner with delicious food friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Definitely noticeable crowd of regulars which I think is a good thing. I get the Big Daddy breakfast which is a country fried steak, hash browns biscuit and two eggs. 16 bucks decent size portion.

Hi I’ve eaten here before and have always had a good meal and great service but today for the first time I sat at the counter. I was first greeted by one of the cooks (he wore a bandana if that helps) he was polite and inviting my waitress the same the food fantastic. What I didn’t like is that same cook the one with the smile the one who first said hello was constantly being berated by whomever was the other cook was an older gentleman. He was doing this wrong he was doing that wrong meanwhile the entire time he was being respectful and still engaging. He worked the kitchen like a pro to me and if he was making mistakes kindly take that somewhere else, NICELY mention what adjustments you’d like him to make but after his shift go and coach him don’t chastise him In front of customers please. I’ve worked in customer facing positions all my life and I understand things happen but never was I chastised in front of anyone embarrassing me would be the last thing my employers would want for me. I won’t be back because of this experience

My wife and I went there to eat and went to the hostess and requested a table for 3 in case a friend we were told 35 mins which we said fine. About 20/30 minutes in my friend said he wasn’t going to make it, and at time we switched it back to just 2 and I specifically asked if that changed our wait time and she said no. I said thanks and went and sat down. We were about 40 mins into our wait when another couple walked in and got seated about 3 mins later after they walked it. I approached the hostess to ask how much longer our wait would be. She said there were still 2 more people ahead of us. I asked how could that be when you just sat a couple of 2. She then proceeded to explain to me that they were already on the wait list, but didn’t answer their text to be seated but came in and were moved ahead of everyone. During this exchange she proceeded to call me hon, and sort of talk down to me. First off if someone doesn’t answer their text they don’t get to jump the line, second your hostess should not be calling people hon, 3rd don’t continue to tell people 35 mins when you know that isn’t even a good estimate. My wife and I left after waiting nearly an hour and still no one was being sat. Can’t rate the food but the little service we got wasn’t great, seemed disorganized and chaotic in the front. Plus the 20 some year old calling me hon is a huge turnoff.
