Placed a pick up order. Waited over 20 minutes past quoted pick up time. Went to restaurant to pick up order and am told my order is not being made. Restaurant open till 12 but stop taking orders at 10 without any notice??? Zero stars if I could should have known better with it being Domino's

Great pizza, great management, abysmal drivers who never knock or notify you of delivery. Management needs to do a crash course for them because I'm tired of cold pizza. Other than their drivers, solid location.

The pizza is fine, about what you’d expect from any dominos. However, the last two or three times I have ordered, the delivery has been 2-3 times longer than the estimate. Today I waited over an hour for pizza that should have been delivered in less than a half hour. In fact, it sat in the quality review step of the tracker for almost 40 minutes before leaving the store, meaning I got cold pizza by the time it arrived. This keeps happening and nothing is getting better.

Ordered on app. Late getting the pizza ready, pizza didn't have garlic crust like requested. I ordered 2 20oz cherry cokes. They only had diet coke and it was in 2L. Cashier acted clueless when I said I paid for it over the app and would like a refund then. I had to ask her to ask someone who would know. They were unable to give me a refund and gave me a $5 credit towards the next time I purchase from them but I have to call them so I don't even know if it's legit.
I always choose the dominos on high and lane. Always order ahead on the app and pick it up. I will say about 1 month ago there way only 1 person working the entire store. That was a long wait. But other than that its always ready when i arrive and all the workers and nice and respectful!

Really bad service I placed an order that said it was going to delivery between 30-45 after 55 minutes I called them and asked why i didn’t get the delivery and they told me I had to wait another 45 minutes and I told what was the problem and the manager told me I will cancell you order with no explanation, he was so rude as a manager, I am a manager and our work is satisfied our customer and he shouldn’t be a manager

Manager Victor stepped up Saturday night and really fixed a problem. Moral of the story, make sure you select Westerville Rd Dominos if you want consistently great product and service. Stick to Westerville Dominos or get subpar service elsewhere. Not all Dominos are created equal. Neither are managers, Victor is friendly, efficient and professional. And he answers the phone, even if it's midnight. Kudos to Victor and Dominos Westerville!

I appreciate this store so much. We’ve NEVER had any problems with our food or delivery. This is the only pizza place in my area that delivers on time with the food still piping hot. The staff/delivery driver’s are always super nice and very professional! Thank you for always doing such a great job.
