Felt completely disrespected. Walked in to pickup an order, guy looking right at with liking hair looks at me about 12 times ignores me I’m standing there for 15 minutes, tried to get his attention, still ignored, he’s stacking boxes facing my direction looking a me ignoring me, while my order is right there on there the ledge, he doesn’t say “I’ll be with you in a second” or anything just lets me stand there like an idiot feeling ignored and unwelcome here. Prolly something to do with those earbuds in his ears. Horrible experience.

Ordered through automated service - find pizza the next morning on the door mat outside- called and called - no one would answer call- doorbell cam shows delivery an hour and 15 mins late - delivery person runs from car to the door drops pizza on the ground and runs back to the car and speeds away- epic fail

Ordered delivery. There was no tracking on my food. It was delivered without any knock on the door or hand off. So food was just sitting outside getting cold. Food didn't arrived at least 30 minutes after estimated time from website.

The AI was absolutely horrendous! After validating my address 9 times, it disconnected my call! Very efficient. If I did not enjoy the pizza as much as I do, I would have gone to another pizza place. This is an excellent way to lose long-term customers! Bravo!!! *sarcasm*
08/08/25 My first visit to DONATOS was an absolute delight! The “Very Vegy” salad was the freshest and most delicious salad I’ve had in a long time from a fast-food restaurant. And to make it even better, they added spinach leaves! The restaurant was surprisingly clean for being close to 4 p.m., which impressed me.
Mr. Reed is a stellar employee. His treatment of an elderly customer who had patiently waited was truly exceptional.

Usually use the 161 location but they no longer accept on line orders. Anyhow, attentive service was good but order accuracy was not satisfactory. Side order of 6 boneless wings ended up being 5 regular wings. I’m sure I’ll visit again but will check order before leaving.

Straight to the point, “Anthony” and Cree, hold your staff accountable. Paying 5.99 for a six piece boneless wings and getting crumbs, is not acceptable. You couldn’t even look me in my eyes and apologize, it’s insulting!! And to try and give me a “credit” for the next time I come there….there’s no credit!!! I have been to this donatos since I’ve moved to this area, and not one time have you guys given me all of the things I’ve ordered and paid for, but this is it….please do better!!!!!!

Will the manager has this ship running smoothly-he himself was very polite, smiled and even thanked me. I haven't had a bad experience in years (years ago we stopped coming due to not getting the pizza's right-not being ready on time and just in dire need of a complete overhaul). We got the Works Pizza and it was awesome-had plenty of toppings and cooked perfectly. The pizza sauce is a little bland and could use a little more spice to it, but overall a great pie. Thank you Will for making my experience a pleasant one!
