Use to love their subs. They were terrible tonight. You couldn't even taste the meat on them. One small piece of ham on one, and hardly any chicken on the other one. We won't be eating there again.

The girl Worling the pickup window on 12-26-25 was a miserable, rude human being. Pulled up 3 times and when it was finally done I said Thank you and she just closed the window on me..Terrible customer service.

Pizza was good, but we could only talk to an AI to order it.
The computer completely messed up the order and we had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for the correct one. The AI could also not answer the question of address confirmation. It completely ignored the question. There was no option to talk to a human.
They did give us $3 off.

I don’t know if it’s management or work ethic, but restaurants are a nightmare these days. We ordered pizzas to dine in. Waited 25 minutes (promised in 10-15) and never got any food. Abysmal. Even getting a refund was a nightmare - had to wait for a dozen DoorDash drivers trying to pick up.
I went there tonight to pick up dinner and had the best customer service from Tracy at the window!! She gave great service and gave me a smile when I needed it the most. Great food and great service. Thank you!!🙏

Already too expensive, yet they always ask for tipping regardless you order online and pick up yourself to go. Ordering inside is just worst. Not worth it.
