So disappointed. Our family loves Duck Donuts, found them at the original location in 2014 and have been hunting them down ever since. When we first discovered this location we were very excited since we live under an hour away and we have tried to stop every time we're in the area. Sadly, every visit, the service and quality decline. This visit was by far the worst. Two completely disinterested young guys were manning the empty store. They both seemed very disappointed to see us. The donuts were okay, but did not taste fresh, we thought it was possibly because the dough has been sitting for a long time? I used the restroom and there was literally more than a cup of urine on the baby changing station. It looked like far too much for a baby's bladder 😳🤢 Finally, the icing all tasted like plain icing with only a minimal amount of strawberry, lemon etc. flavoring added. Next time we'll save our $25 in case we get to go back to the Outer Banks and get some good ones again 😕

Dirty - trash can is just inside the front door, so that is the first thing you smell when you walk in. Rugs clearly weren't vacuumed, trash can lids were dirty, clearly nothing has been dusted or wiped down in awhile.
The staff does not acknowledge customers coming in, not a welcoming atmosphere.

The donuts are excellent, but you need to be there a half hour before closing time. The staff begins shutting down around then and you can only order what they premade before starting shutdown so they could go home. They had only premade the regular donuts, so chocolate wasn’t an option. The regular donuts were still kinda warm, though. They had also stopped providing all of the toppings. For example, bacon was not available. That’s one of the most unique and special toppings for Duck donuts! So good. Oh well. Definitely disappointed after excitedly making the 25 minute journey for Duck Donuts. I did not get to enjoy what I was looking forward to.

Loved the Donuts they are hot and fresh and taste amazing, they are on the sweet side but non the less great donuts and great staff and customer service, Julia was a great employee and gave me recommendations on some tasty donuts, will be coming back again.

I was very disappointed the customer service is trash down to the workers and management. They offer something online you go in to pick it up.. and never did they say well we decided to make your order as we desire. Never did they communicate what you paid for is not what your getting.waited for management to call me and he never did. I had to keep calling to communicate how disappointed I was. I will never go there again..and I work for a company who luvs food and always patronize them.. I will let everyone know how my experience with them was trash👎🏻
Huge disappointment today when I tried multiple times to order online and it wouldn’t work. When I finally got it to go through I went to pick up my order and they were out of nearly everything that I ordered. The woman at the front was very nice, but this was literally all my husband asked for for his birthday and now I’m headed home empty handed.
There was no way for them to let me know online that my order could not be filled and even though they had my phone number they waited until I walked in to offer alternative options for flavors instead of calling me. I wouldn’t have wasted the trip all the way out to Westerville from Grove City.

I tried the vanilla and the maple bacon. First time here and the last. Very disappointed, served very hot the icing was melted off both donuts. Very generic tasting. Not what I was expecting at all. Not for 3.50 a piece. Not worth the hype. I have had better at a grocery store.
