it was our first time going because we got it recommended and the service the lady gave us was disappointing , we ordered cold coffee and they gave us hot coffee even tho we told them two times about it , and both people that were there just give us dirty looks and got mad at us for asking questions about it , definitely do not recommend going

Their donuts were hot and freshly fried. The strawberry syrup was too sweet for me. It was interesting to watch how the donut was made. But the service was slow because there was only one person making all of things during lunch time. It would be fast to order through the app in advance.

We stopped here on a Saturday evening, the staff were rude, the restaurant was filthy, no one washed their hands, the two employees cleaned absolutely nothing, DISGUSTING. We paid for our donuts and left before we got them because we would’ve never been able to eat them. DONT GO SAVE

First time here from out of town and the staff was amazing. It was the end of the day and they could have been rude but they were wonderful and took their time explaining things to us. Donuts were great and still fresh.

Don't Bother with Curbisde
The donuts were amazing, but I did not have a great experience at my first in-person visit. My son had soccer practice and I did not want to get him out of the car in his cleats and haul him into the store, so I selected curbside pickup. I paid a .50 convenience fee and added a tip since someone had to come outside. I pulled up to the designated spot right out front and waited past the order time and no one came out. I checked the email receipt and there were no instructions to notify anyone that I had arrived. So I went in and my donuts were on a shelf right there inside the door. You could see my car a few feet away, and it said clear as day on the order slip curbisde pickup. It looked like the cashier might be the only person there, but there was no one in the store so I fail to see why the person couldn't bring them out, or at least pop their head out the door and wave me in. Instead they didn't even acknowledge that it was supposed to be curbside. A simple "I'm sorry, I'm not allowed to bring them out right now" and I wouln't have bothered with this review.

There was only one employ for the holiday weekend crowd at 10AM. I waited thirty-mins for my one donut. The donut quality was mediocre, greasy and a little underdone. Very expensive donut, $3.50. I won't return unless I have to.

Took my daughter's for donuts. They enjoyed the donuts are made fresh in front of them. Very soft and depending on the ones you chose full of flavor and messy. (In a good way)

I love Duck Doughnuts but this Polaris location is THE WORST! Today was my 3rd and last time at this location. The toppings, icing are paper thin. Memo to owner; its never busy in your store, why? Because you skimp on your toppings! The new store in Pickerington is FANTASTIC Tuttle Crossing is great. The Polaris store sucks. I even told her to put lots of toppings on. Instead they had barely any. You better learn from the Pickerington location how Duck Doughnuts are supposed to be made.

Great Variety of Donuts freshly made to order. Service was spectacular!! Bought 1/2 dozen, each donut was different. Donuts were less than their usual standard. The donut machine needs cleaned, new oil, or maybe just hotter oil. Lots of sugar and grease. Didn't stop us from eating two each. The blueberry pancake and coffee cake were favorites. It's like Sheldon's memaw was taking care of us. Sugar rush for sure.

Very disappointed on Father's Day. This place was awesome when it first opened, but today there were only 2 employees who were making donuts and a kiosk taking orders. The employees were not even really speaking with customers and there was a long wait, even online orders were backed up. I felt bad for the employees who were young and trying hard. We waited 30 minutes.
