Donuts are delicious, but I recently learned that they change the oil weekly during my latest visit.

Theory is nice, custom warm donuts off the line. Our mistake was getting cold brew with sweet cream. My wife found after enjoying part of it that it has a disk of mold from the cream in her cup. At a premium price they should be able to manage product better. If there are corners cut in their dairy, their may be other issues let's obvious. Good luck.

Love this place, right next to a workout place, surely will make you think twice if you want one.The service was quick, wasn't too busy, was there at around 4pm.The donuts were excellent ?, the server put in extra care to make my donuts well crafted. Highly recommend.

Waited inside 45 minutes for a basic breakfast sandwich. Iced coffee wasn't good either. Maybe we just came on a short staffed day but made to order donuts are a nice concept with poor execution

Extremely over priced average tasting Donuts. You can go to Tim Hortons or Honey Dipped Donuts and get better tasting Donuts. I do not recommend going to this place.

A great place to actually see the staff prepare your doughnuts right in front of you. Similar to Subway and Chipotle. (Except so nice and sweet). Very colorful!

Me and a family member went to the Duck Donuts this past Sunday, December 10, 2023. I will first say that the young man who made my drink was kind and very willing to help. He is the only reason that I am giving this place 2 stars. The young lady who rung up our order was anything but kind. She acted as if were bothering her by even being in the place. When we entered we were very cordial to both of them. I will also say that if that young lady does not like serving all types customers, then she needs to update her resume and find another job. I do not like being tolerated when I am trying to spend my money at an establishment. Her tone of voice did nothing for our interaction. She told the young man that he needed to make my drink instead of her . It makes me wonder.

They're warm when they hand them too you.Different creative designs.Pre-set theme boxes of donuts...like a Fall collection or Halloween theme.Con:They only make cake donuts and the donuts taste like they are using actual cake mix, not cake donut mix. Kinda strange that way.Price: over $20 for a dozen donuts with a Fall theme!Not impressed enough to go back.

Price is way too high for a dozen donuts $25.My donuts were extremely poorly made, chocolate dripped on strawberry donut n other toppings dropped on other donuts. Icing dripping down side of box. They need to do better…there’s no point getting different donuts if they are just going to cross contaminate them.

I love these donuts, they never disappoint. But I think the price is way too high! I mean i paid almost 11 dollars for 3 small donuts, I was gonna get a 6 pack but its 18 dollars!!! WAY TO HIGH!!!

Went in Sunday September 10, 2023 at 6:45pm I said hello and the worker there just ignored me and continued to put the chairs up in a very aggressive way and slamming them, when I walked up the register he said I only have 6 donuts take them or leave them. I told him I don’t want them I want to order different flavors then he said ”I don’t care” and I just left. Worse experience ever! Left with my kids crying.
