This location NEVER FAILS! Not only is EVERY staff member friendly and curious (even the males) but they're efficient, fast, usually make it right and by chance it seems off a little they gladly fix it, and costs 40 cents LESS than the 2 located by my house. I have given up on the 2 horrible ones by my house and will ONLY get Dunkin at this location or New Albany from now on. I guess it's a good thing for me I live 25 mins away or I would be ordering Dunkin way too often if I lived near Westerville!

Ordered bacon egg and cheese croissants through the mobile app and I was give bacon egg and cheese muffins. I was not told that they were out of croissants, if they would have let me know then I wouldn’t be so mad. They just gave me the muffins without telling me that they didn’t have any croissants. Never again 👎

The staff was in a hurry even though we were the only customers there and kept rushing us. Then, they gave us the wrong drinks and my cup was dripping down the side. It leaked all over my coat and our car. They only gave us one napkin when we asked for napkins because it was leaking everywhere.

so yesterday I got a promotional cup from from this location and it was cracked at the top. I went back in the evening after work to see if they could do anything and they said to contact the manager. I was a little heated and ended up getting in contact with corporate and they got me into touch with the manager. I ended up coming in this morning and getting it not only exchanged out with no issues, they also gave me a second cup and a drink! The manager was extremely kind and helpful and made the whole interaction extremely simple. I definitely will be coming back!
