so yesterday I got a promotional cup from from this location and it was cracked at the top. I went back in the evening after work to see if they could do anything and they said to contact the manager. I was a little heated and ended up getting in contact with corporate and they got me into touch with the manager. I ended up coming in this morning and getting it not only exchanged out with no issues, they also gave me a second cup and a drink! The manager was extremely kind and helpful and made the whole interaction extremely simple. I definitely will be coming back!

Afternoon crew appears to be completely unmanaged. I don't go there after work anymore. I've gotten the wrong order at least twice in the Drive-Thru and have waited 15 minutes at the window for a coffee that I ordered ahead on the app?

I just walked out of the store. The crew that was closing was great. They were genuinely dedicated to doing a good job. I go to Dunkin often for their internet speed and I’ll just say this particular store was a welcome experience compared to what I consider typical for the chain.

Staff can be rude, especially morning staff. when you order food either the items are still frozen cold or they are thrown in the bag in a way that makes them disassemble. Coffee depends on who makes it, sometimes the coffee is made how it should be (for example right amount of syrup and with your choice of milk and if there is whipped cream on it etc.) and sometimes they fill the whole entire coffee with ice to the point you can hardly put a straw in and there is no coffee. Strongly disappointed, I don’t drink Starbucks and I don’t like Tim Hortons. That is genuinely the only reason I go back, sometimes I go to Java Central or Espresso Air because they have amazing coffee and amazing service but when I am in a rush for work it is easier to go to the drive thru then walk to the other two spots.

I live in Heath and had to travel to Westerville for work for 2 weeks and this location is so much better than Heath. The staff is exceptional and very professional and kind. They don't throw your donuts in the bag upside down and they're so kind. I wish we had this staff at my local location. I was very impressed thank you for helping make my mornings a little better!
