This location NEVER FAILS! Not only is EVERY staff member friendly and curious (even the males) but they're efficient, fast, usually make it right and by chance it seems off a little they gladly fix it, and costs 40 cents LESS than the 2 located by my house. I have given up on the 2 horrible ones by my house and will ONLY get Dunkin at this location or New Albany from now on. I guess it's a good thing for me I live 25 mins away or I would be ordering Dunkin way too...

The staff was in a hurry even though we were the only customers there and kept rushing us. Then, they gave us the wrong drinks and my cup was dripping down the side. It leaked all over my coat and our car. They only gave us one napkin when we asked for napkins because it was leaking everywhere.

Came in the morning to grab a coffee, didn’t even know what I wanted. L a u r e n came and knew exactly what me and my friend wanted, she was such a good vibe and help. Definitely get her southern coffee ?
