The staff was in a hurry even though we were the only customers there and kept rushing us. Then, they gave us the wrong drinks and my cup was dripping down the side. It leaked all over my coat and our car. They only gave us one napkin when we asked for napkins because it was leaking everywhere.

so yesterday I got a promotional cup from from this location and it was cracked at the top. I went back in the evening after work to see if they could do anything and they said to contact the manager. I was a little heated and ended up getting in contact with corporate and they got me into touch with the manager. I ended up coming in this morning and getting it not only exchanged out with no issues, they also gave me a second cup and a drink! The manager was extremely kind and...
