Taji was on top of everything. He was leading other workers and helping the whole team. I am a regular at Dunkin as I work in the same plaza but he has been one of the best workers here.

I went to Dunkin today and it was very very busy. Drive thru was busy and inside was busy. The team was working very well together! However I want to point out Taji above all else. There was an incident with one of the employees and I told him and he went out of his to correct the problem and remake the order even after the guy already left. This was top tier of him. If he isn’t in a leadership position he needs to be now.

They never have Donuts Donuts they run out of Donuts by 10 a.m. the menu needs to show more pictures of donuts service is slow. Attitude is not great. A donut shop should be able to provide Donuts throughout the day. Don't you think?

Worst donut store ever. If you go inside plan on standing there until they clear out the drive through. If you see they only have a few left, assuming you’re lucky enough that they still have what you went for, jump the counter and grab it because otherwise you’ll walk out empty handed.

Whoever plans the donuts for the day needs to be fired and whoever does the ordering for their supplies also needs fired. Then their remaining employees need to be trained to actually help people in the store instead of ignoring them until they make a scene to get someone to help them.

Was disappointed because I ordered Bismarck donuts and there was barely any chocolate on them to start and by the time I made it back to my son with his the chocolate have melted off.

First of all this location is always out of something that I order. Secondly, I placed an order for donut holes and there was a bug in the box. I returned to the store and received a refund however I have yet to here back from the district manager. I will never go back to this location.

I absolutely love this location. However, they currently have a mosquito problem and should not be open. I went through the drive thru a few days ago and they had hundreds swarming the windows inside and out.
