Dunkin has gotten so much better recently. The sourdough breakfast sandwich is my favorite breakfast sandwich of all time. They just need to cut it in half for convenience of eating. The coffee is always amazing. And the donuts are so much better than other famous donut and coffee chains. Please keep the powdered sugar vanilla cream donut in stock at all times!

My wife and I have gone to this location several times and the service has always been fantastic. This specific review is actually on behalf of my dad. He runs a local nonprofit and went in this morning to let them know that he would be placing a large order for an event we are having in the coming days. The general manager came out and greeted him, and made sure that the order went through smoothly. My dad went out of his way to let me know that the service was fantastic, and that the general manager could not have been any nicer. We had previously worked with a different restaurant chain where the service was definitely not what we were hoping, so this was such a breath of fresh air. We will absolutely use them in the future for our events.

Last 4 times I went here they didn't have the donuts I ordered via their mobile app available. These visits were typically around 7 AM so they shouldn't have run out of donuts.

After some really disappointing trips to the State Street location, I decided to go a little further to try out this spot. I was so pleasantly surprised! Great atmosphere inside and the nicest staff ever, plus my latte was perfectly made and my donut had a really fabulous amount of sprinkles (and it was fresh! yay). So happy all around, I’ll definitely keep coming back to this County Line location. Thanks guys xoxo🥰

Very disappointed, looked nothing like what's advertised
First of all, this location is always out of something that I order. Secondly, I placed an order for donut holes, and there was a bug in the box. I returned to the store and received a refund. However, I have yet to hear back from the district manager. I will never go back to this location. Gross

Absolute WORST location. I ordered avocado toast online as well as the sweet bacon, and a chocolate donut. No sourdough when I get there, no chocolate donuts (it’s Dunkin’ Donuts and yall don’t have the most basic donut..?) neither were marked off on the app, and they gave me bacon that appeared and tasted days old with no pepper or anything on it.. I tried calling to see if they could maybe remake it or issue a refund and NO ONE ANSWERED FOR HOURS. I called so many times at different times and had to call I nearby location to see if maybe they could contact them, they answer but never got back to me if they could do anything about it. I work in the food industry as well and I’ve never seen such HORRIBLE workers. It’s almost as if these people have never been trained a day in their life they’re so incompetent. Not to mention everytime I DO get avocado toast ITS NEVER TOAST! They literally just give you avocado bread..

I go here on a regular. But definitely almost every time one guy is working he is completely rude to me every single time and will slam the window in my face when I say thank you. I’m done going to this location. Don’t recommend because if he’s there he will most definitely ruin your day!

So, my world will not run on Dunkin. This was the 2nd visit- thinking maybe 2nd time will be better. Not so much. Who liked these donuts? I tried regular one, and holes. Coffee was ok- mainly because I did the app and it was free. The order was incorrect- and had to return for the rest of it. I am not a big fast food person and typically don’t review it- but had to share. The staff was super kind- and I used the drive through- so maybe atmosphere helps the coffee part? They are next to a daycare so I am sure they will stay in business- but I will likely not go back, even for a free coffee.
