Frank's Famous Stromboli's, Pizza & More

First, I'd like to start by saying this place has great food. I have never been disappointed with how the food was cooked or tasted, or how nice the staff are. Unfortunately, this is where the good things about this place stops.They have never once, in the 8 or 10 times I've been there in the last 3 or 4 months, got my order correct on the first try. I have always had to come back in, or call them afterwards to fix a mess up. To their credit, they do usually try to make it right either by refunding part of the order, or giving me a gift card, but I would be much happier if this just didn't happen in the first place.Recently, they've started just closing shop randomly and/or not answering the phone. I have on multiple occasions driven there to place an order in person (after failing to reach them via phone) and seen the open sign on, during the hours they claim to be open, but the door is locked and no one is home. This may have just been an issue with Google's times they have posted as they have recently changed, but it's still frustrating.This brings me to last week, and then today. Last Wednesday, I ordered a bunch of food for the people in my office. They mentioned it would take 45 minutes, we went ahead and waited about an hour knowing they were backed up. If only we had known. It was approximately 2 hours after placing the order that my coworker who went to pick it up had finally left with the appropriate amount of boxes. After being given a receipt with the wrong items on it, he directly questioned them, asking if the order was correct. They said, to his face, that what was in the box is exactly what he was verifying we ordered (for reference, it was custom order olive oil and parmesan penne pasta that they labeled spaghetti on the receipt). We clarified a few items that we had not ordered but were charged for regardless (a box of fries and something else). After un-effing this mess, we got some food in the office, thank god.....no sooner did I open the bag, did I notice the mess of spaghetti sauce all over everything. We cleaned it up, checked our food, 4 of the stromboli's were correct, one was messed up, and NONE...of the pasta's were right. We had ordered 3 dishes of the olive oil and parmesan penne. Instead, we got 2 spaghetti's (which were terrible btw), and a box of fries. I immediately called them and they ignored my phone calls. Voice mail box is full so I can't leave a message. The next day was Thanksgiving so I didn't bother. Monday rolls around, apparently they're closed. I call again today, everything says they are suppose to be open. The online ordering app they use will let you place an order. But, unless they have their phones off, they are closed. I'm not driving down there again to go check.Whatever Frank's did, or whoever took over in the last few months, it's going to run this place out of business.

I hate writing bad reviews but service was bad. I ordered a large original Stromboli. For a pick-up order it took an hour and 45 mins. I was told an hour when I ordered. It was under cooked. The dough was raw, the cheese wasn't even melted and it was missing the sausage. I would not recommend if service is like this.

Up until today we've always had good food from here but 2020 and 2021 has definitely taken a toll on this pizza shop. Today not only did I receive poor service, I watched other customers receive worse service. I ordered online and was told my order would be ready in 1 hour, which is pretty typical there. I arrived 10 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, however I waited an additional 50 minutes for my food and when I got to my house, which is only 2 miles away from the restaurant the Stromboli was ice cold. So I'm currently waiting for my oven to preheat so I can continue cooking my dinner. It has been 2.25 hours since I originally ordered my food.This whole situation is just incredibly disappointing. While I understand staffing is hard, especially for service and maual labor but I watched and heard the woman working the counter make starky comments when other customers expressed their disappointment for the extended and underestimated order times. Even when I enquiried about my order, I was given excuses, I was told additional wait times that were unrealistic and she was clearly annoyed when interacting with me, but I wasn't rude to her, I was simply asking about my order. And while my meal was comped for the long wait time, because of what I observed while I waited, it's highly unlikely we will return any time soon.

Had the stromboli for the 1st time, incredible! Normally not a fan, this thing was packed with filling & was delicious.Toasted ravioli was good as well

Total trash. Unsanitary (Frank’s daughter talking on her cell phone while making food).Also ordered food at 7:05 (for pickup at 8:05), wasn’t ready till 9:15, and they gave me fried bread instead of a Stromboli.?????

This place is awesome! Customer service is amazing for a little shop, pizza is solid, and the other foods are great! If you’re in the area, I 100% recommend Frank’s. P.s. get the sweet sticks if you want a dessert

This food is pretty dang good. It's clear they take pride with the preparation of their food. The Stromboli is one of my favorites from Frank's

Service bad enough to spoil your appetite! Blame the customers because they can't get the timing on their orders? Told us an hour and 10min. Showed and said 5min several times. It was 30min+ of excuses and nasty comments. By the end we ended up with a chicken Cesar salad with no chicken, 2 medium Strombolis (no clue what happened to our large), and the coldest nastiest ravioli I've ever seen. Run away.

Great pizza. Nice people when ordering and picking up the pizza. Recommended.

I can’t believe how bad this food was. If you have no exposure to actual Italian cooking, the Stromboli (without the sauce) MAY be tollarable. But the pasta dish we ordered was whole-heartedly tasteless. And the marinara with the Stromboli looked like ketchup. Honestly, I hope your Italian ancestors haunt you for the rest of your lives for this

Garlic Bread with mozzarella cheese was fresh and delicious! Lisa is so friendly and kind! She gave me a meat marinara sauce for free, just so I can try it out! Thank You so much! I highly recommend this place! :-)

We got thin crust, it’s cooked perfectly without being burnt and look at the amount of veggies!! Cheese to sauce ratio is perfect and motz sticks are delicious!

We absolutely love Franks. This hidden gem is a blessing to our community. The pizza is made fresh and is to die for! Everytime my family orders a meal, the service is always exceptional, just like the food. The boneless wings are delicious, the fries, yum! Even my picky toddler eats every bite of food from this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and order already!
