I am typically not one to complain but my service at this location was absolutely awful. The girl making my sushi roll had an attitude the entire time and rolled her eyes multiple times. I had to ask for the seaweed to be on the outside of the roll 3 times and when she put on the toppings she just threw them on sloppy. When she finished rolling it up and cutting it, she just threw it in the box. I’m pretty pleasant and i hate confrontation so I didn’t say anything, but I am very disappointed in my experience and for the price, it wasn’t worth it.

Just ate here yesterday, got sick a few hours after and am still sick this evening. When I ate it I could taste the food was off so I didn't finish it. Glad I didn't, could be feeling a lot worse right now. Staff seemed stressed, concerns of cross contamination with how food is being handled from what I saw and with the ick I now have from chancing it. Disappointed as I love healthy food and fish. Too many red flags here.

This was my first time ever getting Fusian, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere was so relaxing and spacious. The layout is similar to Chipotle, Blaze, or any other fast-casual restaurant. The healthy food choices here were amazing! You can choose from a wide variety of proteins and vegetables. Great for vegetarians and vegans. The service was also impeccable, the worker who served me was so nice and helpful explaining the different menu items. So happy I have a healthy lunch option for the future! Definitely will be back here.
Vegetarian options: So many non-meat protein options as a base and dozens of vegetarian topping and sauce options.

Dietary restrictions: Delicious as always, but — unlike the main menu — the seasonal items were not marked for dietary restrictions, and the staff were going to need to make people wait to read the ingredient lists. So, I just got a tried-and-true, non-seasonal custom roll, which was quite nice, of course!

I always enjoy the create your own bowl. They're always tasty, with generous portions.However, today was the first time I tried the wonton chips. I took one bite and spit it out. The salt was overwhelming. I mean, seriously and absolutely inedible. Why?

Recently received Fusian and as someone who doesn’t care for sushi the sushi rolls as well as the verity of options was really good. Personally I’ll stick to the salmon that’s cooked so that was my favorite. It is definitely a good addition to my options to order while I’m at work that I would have never ordered before.
Had a sushi box from here and it was 10/10Even sushi that I wouldn’t normally eat was so good! Definitely will be back soon!

I was looking forward to picking up some sushi rolls for take out after my workout class. I arrived at 8pm and the door said they were open until 9:05pm. When I went up to the counter, the server told me they were out of rice and couldn’t make the rolls. I don’t understand why they weren’t more prepared and made more rice in advance if they knew it was running out. The server said “sorry” and didn’t offer to take the time to make more and the Manager was in the office doing nothing to help. I mean at that point, why are the doors even open if the core product can’t be served?
