This was my first time ever getting Fusian, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere was so relaxing and spacious. The layout is similar to Chipotle, Blaze, or any other fast-casual restaurant. The healthy food choices here were amazing! You can choose from a wide variety of proteins and vegetables. Great for vegetarians and vegans. The service was also impeccable, the worker who served me was so nice and helpful explaining the different menu items. So happy I have a healthy lunch...

Delicious as always!

Dietary restrictions: Delicious as always, but — unlike the main menu — the seasonal items were not marked for dietary restrictions, and the staff were going to need to make people wait to read the ingredient lists. So, I just got a tried-and-true, non-seasonal custom roll, which was quite nice, of course!
