I was here yesterday around 5.40 pm I notice a cook was not wearing gloves,wiping his mouth with his hand a handling food.I told the manager about it.She never told the cook to wash his hands or anything else.She told me that they are require to wear gloves,but they are require to practice good hygiene when working with food.And I also notice he took his hat off and started to scratch his hair.And still putting his hands in the food.The other cook I notice practice good hygiene,I told the manager that want him to cook my food.I give the clean cook an 'A' ,and the lady that took my order an 'A'. But that nasty cook and that goofy manager an 'F'.

Lady at the counter was SUPER polite and staff in the back was friendly and looked like they work well together. I dont pay the best attention and ordered the wrong drink but she accommodated me and fixed it even though it was my fault. Clean store and easy parking

Chicken+steak bowl, Fried rice, all vegetables. 3 soy sauce packets (Kikkoman brand) and 1 Sriracha (Texas Pete). Outstanding! The meat was moist and tender, the rice was moist, not one single crunchy piece of uncooked rice! I'm full, but not overfilled. All 3 juice choices were great, however I prefer the tea. Thank you very much, I will be back! The bathroom sign is hilarious!
I ordered a chicken and shrimp bowl, they forgot the chicken. Tried to call, and the phone line is always busy.

Ordered a steak and shrimp bowl for pick up. I guess my bad for not checking when I grabbed it TO GO... but you expect people to do their JOBS!!! Got all the way home and NO SHRIMP! Tried to call and guess what...phone is off the hook. So, all the way back up we go to try to get a refund for what we didn't receive.

So I ordered a kids bowl because I wasn't very hungry. Asked for two veggies onion and zucchini, worker said I can't get two but I can have a side, that was fine so I agreed. He rang me up for the same topping twice, not a big deal however when I went to get it fixed he made me prove it…. I never left the building, he rang up the wrong items what can I “prove” then I have to hear him recount how he heard zucchini and was dismissive of his own mistake. “I just need to see the bowl.” like what? I can show you but the tone was very mean. Anyways food was so mid I lost my appetite after that rude encounter. 0/10. Don't recommend!
