When we moves to Ohio from Texas we were on the hunt for some good and authentic Italian food. Well, thank goodness an Ohio native told us about Giammarco's! We celebrated my husband this weekend with a nice sized group and everything was amazing! The food was so delicious, several of our guests took business cards with them so they could come back again to experience the entire menu's delicious selections.Kid-friendliness: The few tweens totally enjoyed everything especially the lasagna.Wheelchair accessibility: One of our attendees was in a wheelchair and she seemed to not have any difficulty getting in or out.

To be honest the best part of the entire meal was the service, quick and pleasant. Food was not the best. For starters we got calamari and garlic bread. Calamari was not fully fried and extremely greasy. The garlic bread was good but they put mozerella on it which was not asked for, and of course they proceeded to charge us for it. My daughter ordered lasagna it was very dry and barely had any noodle to it all. My husband had the house sampler and it taste like sauce from a jar with blanched gnocchi. My son ordered a pizza which he ate with no complaints, mind you he is 3 years old. My other daughter and I got Alfredo and it was mediocre at best, and cold. So over all we give this place 2 stars and will not be returning.

While the service from the waitress was very good the food was absolutely terrible. The lasagna was almost inedible and the calamari wasn't cooked long enough. I got the house sampler and the sausage was the only bright spot. The meatball had a spongy texture like it had been reheated in a microwave. The gnocchi was like chewing gum. I wish that they would lightly fry their gnocchi once they've finished blanching it to give it some texture and flavor.

We went here for my wife's birthday and was seriously disappointed. First we ordered arachini. It came back cold, so we politely returned it. We got a new order and the bottom was hot but the inside was still not very warm, but we said "whatever" and just ate it. We then got a small pizza and the trio to share. The pizza was undercooked and the food again was luke warm and in addition the lasagna looked like trash. It barely had any sauce and was just clumps of meat and pasta. We were going to say something, but the waitress was absent so much it was hard to catch her. So we basically decided to just take to food home and try to doctor it up ourselves. If you are looking for cold poor quality italian food this is the restraunt for you. this place has such high reviews.... I HAVE NO IDEA.

Service was impeccable. The food was exceptional as always. Had the Italian trio so I has some to take home for the next day. It was my wife's birthday and the server comped a piece of cheesecake. Very classy.

It is very cozy in here. The fire and lighting was very romantic. The water tasted dirty. However I got the penne vodka with shrimp and it was very yummy. My husband got the house trio and it was average tasting. The gelato was scrumptious. I highly suggest making a reservation if you are going during dinner.

So I’ve had neighbors and friends, rant and rave and tell me this is the best Italian food in Lewis Center, Westerville area.I really want to give this place a great review and I really did like the staff in The Overall environment . With that being said atmosphere is pretty dark and it’s a bit older makes me think of the 80s and Paisley’s.The food looked really good, and it was served promptly, but it really was very bland . We went in and grabbed a quick midweek lunch with the lasagna and the shrimp Alfredo, which both looked delicious. We also had the fried zucchini as an appetizer. The red sauce for the fried zucchini was sweet, but no real flavor or spice at all. The shrimp Alfredo looked incredible but the noodles were kinda stiff, and there was again really no flavor to the Alfredo sauce.I would recommend giving this place a try at least once, and judge for yourself .Overall, I’m glad I tried it out but I’m not an overwhelming fan and I won’t be going back .
