Scooper at Westerville locale was so sweet and friendly. She was a young woman with cute bangs, I didn't catch her name. I had not tried Graeter's before so she made some great suggestions and let me try some flavors. I ended up with this caramel chocolate flavor. Also, she upsold me like a pro on the housemade whipped cream. Will definitely be back.

I have been coming to Graeters for well over 20 years. Their ice cream is phenomenal. But, service and portion size has suffered. This is “two dips” of dark chocolate brownie. The white stuff is the whipped cream (that I didn’t order) was removed. The latter isn’t a big deal. Paying nearly $7 for a measuring cup of ice cream is ridiculous.

I came in the other night and the staff was really nice, specifically Olivia. I came in with my three kids who can be pretty indecisive, and even with a long line she was nice enough to give them suggestions and multiple samples. We didn’t feel like we were being rushed at all by her. She took time to ask about our day and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I found a new favorite because of her… boldly bearcat

Their peach ice cream now is nothing like it used to be, just a few tiny bits of peach instead of good size pieces of fruit. There is also a lot less butterfat in all their ice creams now. Scoop size is smaller than in the past. Overall it’s not any better than any other brand and more expensive. Sigh.

My first time here I was welcome by this young girl with a beautiful smile she gave me a sample of blackberry and I asked her to mix it for me and she was all nice and did exactly what I told her she was very welcoming at the end she said we hope to see you again which most of the businesses here in ohio they have the worst customer service I wish I asked for her name she deserves to be a manager and a raise ice cream is the best I ever had with best customer service

Lemon Sorbet is absolutely delicious. Very refreshing. Loved it so much, we went back in and purchased two pints, Togo.

I love lemon meringue, but I find the lemon can be a bit overpowering at times. This ice cream, though, has the perfect amount of lemon so as to not overpower, and the pie crust chunks were a really nice touch.
