They were Extremely busy & I understand why!!! The ice cream was very delicious. Graeter's has a lot of flavors to choose from. A young guy & girl waited on us this evening. They both were very nice, polite & helpful!! Definitely the type of people I would want working for me if I had an ice cream shop! Highly Recommended!!!

I ordered a $7.50 Chocolate Sundae with Mocha Chip ice cream. I got no big ribbons of chocolate and no big chunks of chocolate. It was just ice cream. I don't mind paying $7.50 for good ice cream in the sundae, but I did not get that. The ice cream must have come from the bottom of the tub. The scoopers should be trained better. I was very disappointed. Not a fun experience compared to other visits to Graeter's.

Thank you, Graeter’s, for your inclusive allergy policy. There’s not much sadder than a kid watching all of their friends get ice cream. But at Graeter’s everybody gets a scoop. I’m sure going into the back to get a new scoop and fresh bucket costs money and time. So I just wanted to say thank you. Your policy is child-centered and makes a positive difference in the lives of kids who are often on the sidelines at birthdays, Halloween, etc.

Scooper at Westerville locale was so sweet and friendly. She was a young woman with cute bangs, I didn't catch her name. I had not tried Graeter's before so she made some great suggestions and let me try some flavors. I ended up with this caramel chocolate flavor. Also, she upsold me like a pro on the housemade whipped cream. Will definitely be back.

I have been coming to Graeters for well over 20 years. Their ice cream is phenomenal. But, service and portion size has suffered. This is “two dips” of dark chocolate brownie. The white stuff is the whipped cream (that I didn’t order) was removed. The latter isn’t a big deal. Paying nearly $7 for a measuring cup of ice cream is ridiculous.

I came in the other night and the staff was really nice, specifically Olivia. I came in with my three kids who can be pretty indecisive, and even with a long line she was nice enough to give them suggestions and multiple samples. We didn’t feel like we were being rushed at all by her. She took time to ask about our day and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I found a new favorite because of her… boldly bearcat
