Amazing service and food every time! It was so good for dinner last night, went back and got it again for dinner the next day!
Pro tip: Get the bowl, but add a tortilla on the inside, build your bowl, go for the double protein and queso, and get it toasted.
Vegetarian options: Just skip the protein and double up on all the different veggies they have! The protein only makes up a fraction of the options!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for kids; whether they want some adventurous or are a picky eater!

Great portions got double meat, they even put the tortilla in foil carefully instead of wrapping it all up. Addicted to burritos I was so relieved to see all the food was fresh and amazing and they have a bunch of good sauces and the people there were really nice thank you!

food has always been really good from this location! However, I went in today and I was made fun of by the employees. I was hyper in a good mood because I had just gotten some really good News And I guess I just kept saying yeah a lot? So when the workers thought I wasn’t listening, I guess they started mimicking stuff that I was saying in my tone as well, and it was loud enough where I could obviously see and hear them. Cashier was also rude and not talkative at all. As I was leaving employees, then said bye by in a very obnoxious time trying to make fun of me again! Just kind of killed my vibe for a few minutes and really don’t appreciate it. Sucks that this is the closest location to me now because I’m just not gonna come back now lol.
The employees were also messing around the whole time and one even broke/knocked down a receipt printer because he was messing around. Talking to eachother and acting like customers are not around. One even dropped an F bomb.
Went 7/19 around 7:20 PM.

I got an ad and coupons in mail stating this location was under new ownership and staff.
I've been twice before in several years and had very meh experience both times.
Thought I'd give it another try, plus "buy one, get one" coupon.
The guys working were nice and informed, I was advised guac would cost extra (nice touch to mention), and they did a great job at packing it up and getting me rang up fast.
Portion sizes were lacking (not the worker's fault), scoops were each 1 singular small ladle, even for the guac they had a dedicated scraper to ensure nothing higher than the scoop's walls would make it into my bowl.
Two bowls I was hoping to make two lunches out of, ended up being a singular meal. Pretty disappointing.
Food quality seemed good and the taste was decent, no complaints for that. But unfortunately, given the portion sizes to the price paid, I can't justify coming again.

I ordered online and my order went through. Show up to the restaurant and no one is at the restaurant and the doors are locked during listed working hours. Emailed them, tried calling but no option to leave a message. A few days later the order was manually entered despite never fulfilling the order. Ridiculous to allow the order to go through, have me drive all the way to the restaurant, be closed during working hours, and charge me for the order. Unacceptable. Used to eat here often consider me a lost customer.
