Had a to go order I placed yesterday for a program at a medical office. The meal was not ready when the driver arrived. The food was 30 minutes late. I tried calling the store and they finally picked up and gave me attitude!

I’ve ordered from the app for delivery from here several times & they can’t ever seem to get my order correct. I’m missing chips, wrong chips, sandwich missing toppings. I request mikes way and it’s missing half those ingredients. Super frustrating &

Ordered a club supreme online with spicy dill pickle chips ,both which were obviously offered on the site. Get to the store to pick my order up for them to tell me they're out of the roast beef needed for my sub and also out of the chips.. multiple times now they are out of product. Love jersey Mike's but this location is very poorly managed.

Location is very crowded and crammed, not a very pleasant experience at all.. They might want to get some more friendly staff in there, all 4 of their attitudes were a 0/5, especially the chick with the dark red hair. Definitely shouldn't be a face of your operation there. Move on to the next closest Jersey Mike's, don't let this location kill your opinion on the brand.

I ordered door dash Jean junior and he didn’t deliver jerseys mikes too care of it and made it right and I picked up a sub .. as I am doing this review Jean just tried to drop it off a hours and 22 mins later

They are great subs@ if you have a coupon, which if you go to kroger they always have a 3$off coupon on your receipt, great value

I ordered a sub to go in the restaurant last night. They never asked me what I wanted on the sub and when I asked about it before I checked out the lady was rude and said I should have told her in the beginning. She didn't apologize or ask if she could remake my sub. I will never return to this location.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the wonderful team at Jersey Mike's Subs on Schrock Rd. in Columbus, OH. I ordered a sandwich via DoorDash today, but when it was delivered, I noticed that the seal appeared to be tampered with and the sandwich wrapping looked like someone had opened it.

After calling DoorDash customer service and getting the runaround, I decided to call the store. A kind manager advised me to reach out to DoorDash for a remake. However, when DoorDash refused to assist, I opted to visit the store in person.

To my relief, the nice manager on duty remade my sandwich for free. I was so grateful, as I had a rough day and really needed a kind gesture. The sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

Thank you, Jersey Mike's team! It's reassuring to know that there are still businesses with staff who genuinely care!

Came here on a Sunday night and the service was exceptional! Sarah made my sandwich and a man with pretty eyes made my boyfriend’s philly. They were both so wonderful, food was amazing, i will absolutely be back!

This was a typical Jersey Mike’s. The dining area is small so it’s take-out only pretty much. Service was to be expected for a fast food job.
