This place is the best jersey mikes ever. Everyone there is just so friendly and nice, The food is ALWAYS fresh and delectable the place is also ALWAYS CLEAN And have a nice bathroom. This is my favorite jersey mikes ever.

Girl taking orders was rude. All the employees seemed like they hated their jobs nobody cracked a smile or a thank you anywhere. Food was ok. The place was a disaster and the tables were so sticky I couldnt pick my paper up off the table after eating. Probably wont be back.

I popped in here around 12:30 on a Wednesday to grab a chicken cheese steak to go. The order & checkout process was standard & fine. I know the hot sandwiches take a little longer to prepare & a few people were waiting so I sat down to wait for it. Another customer was checking out when the line cook took mine over to the register. She barely said 16 & that lady grabbed it, set cash down & left (the cashier was finishing a deli sandwich with gloved hands & she didn’t wait for him to ring her out properly). I thought it may have been my sandwich, but wasn’t positive as I didn’t know what the lady had ordered & maybe it was hers or to go. I continued to wait until they were clearly looking for the lady to finish her deli sandwich & someone behind the counter said they had to remake 16. No one acknowledged me or the fact that someone else took my sandwich & would be delayed. I continued to wait & was there 15-20 minutes total. I approached them about the long wait & was finally acknowledged that they called me & someone else took it, like it was my fault I didn’t beat the lady to claiming a #16. They said they were remaking it but they couldn’t do anything else. I suggested they offer a discount or refund as the time was ridiculous & I was on a work lunch break & was just told they couldn’t do anything. I fully understand they were busy & had everyone packing deli sandwiches for a large to go order but I was not acknowledged about the mistake or additional wait when they realized the error then I treated like their mistake in giving the sandwich to a wrong customer was my problem & I do not appreciate that. I would not go here again.

Bought 3 subs. Worst bacon, chicken ranch sub I've had from Jersey Mikes. I threw half of it away. A second sub only had half of the item on it. This location needs to go to the Sunbury location to be trained on how to do it right.

There is a brand new food portion scale, just to make sure you don't get too much meat, cheese, and bread. Subs at Jersey Mike's continue to go up in price and down in value. If you want proof, ask them to hand you the piece of cheese they are about to put on your sandwich, hold it up, and read the menu through it. It's gotten to the point that a regular size sub is often 6 inches at best! They always seem to be over-staffed, and turn to the customer to subsidize wages, with a tip request front and center. Their prices have always been higher than the rest, but you could say quality and value justified the premium price. The quality is still there, but value has long since sailed away!

I'd rate the store poorly and suggest speaking up for better service if you visit.Happy New Year all, and good day!---Keep reading for the complete review, down below ?---As an experienced food service worker with a specialization in making subs, I can confidently say that while the store was generally clean and tidy, my overall experience was less than satisfactory.The service was mediocre, with several employees standing around and chatting in the entryway to the back, seemingly unengaged in their work.While I understand the need for staff during peak hours, the large amount of leftover food and the inattention to our group, where one of my party had to assertively request service, left a lot to be desired. She felt bad, like she was being a Karen, that is frustrating.It appeared that they thought I was the only customer, despite there being three of us.This, combined with certain areas not being properly cleaned, the handling of the food, the lack of skill in food preparation, and the apparent overstaffing, gave the impression that the employees were only there for the paycheck.To be fair, some may have been leaving since it was closing time, and realistically, only one or two staff members would have been necessary for closing.Another oddity was the way they made the sandwiches, especially considering we were the only customers in the store and likely their last customers of the day.Additionally, there was a fellow co-worker (not a customer) who came in to chat with the employees and get a wrap, who seemed rude as he didn't acknowledge my gesture of holding the door for him, which then preceded him shutting it in my face, quite rudely I might add. They also prioritized him over our party.Regarding the food, while it wasn't terrible, it also wasn't as good as it could have been. The service lacked the attentiveness and quality expected.This paired with the store being only mostly clean, the facilities behind the counter were not up to the proper standard, especially considering the need for thorough cleaning, especially when handling orders for customers with dietary restrictions like veganism, to prevent cross-contamination.Not to mention, that the employees really didn't care, and probably wanted to go home.Additionally one of the staff was cutting all of my party's bread even shorter. I assume because of their training, and whom they were trained by.For example, he would take an already cut piece of bread, and then cut about 10-15% off like a wedge. Uh no, we didn't ask you to make our portions shorter. Again this is cause probably whoever trained them told them the bread needs to be a certain length.There were several other wedges by the other bread. I was also given bread that had been in the store all day, I was the last sandwich of that bread type (the herb and cheese). They had very little bread, and the bread I got was not very fresh at all.I've seen better, I've done better, and I'm honestly disappointed, there are better Jersey Mike's out there. Go here if you must, but speak up, and be clear you aren't getting satisfactory service.Also make sure to be clear about your food, who's ordering, and that you should get more than two pieces of bacon with your double bacon sandwich.I give one star for good cleanliness of bathrooms and seating, and one star for moderate standards.It's clear they aren't prepared nor ready for when they get an audit from corporate.Happy New Year all, and good day!
