Fantastic subs and quick service. Their Philly cheesestake on rosemary parmesean bread is a staple.

I always get my hot sandwich as a wrap, the chicken bacon ranch. The last few times it wasn’t good because the kid who usually makes it isn’t there all the time. Well he was today. Laeric is an excellent sandwich maker, he takes the time to listen, and builds a great sub with a perfect ratio or meats and toppings. When he makes a wrap you actually eat the whole thing and don’t have to leave the ends in your bag due to no toppings. That kid deserves a raise!! I’ll only order a sandwich from now on when he’s there. He’s also a great team member and communicates well with his team and helped when they asked in the past!!

i didn’t know what to get so i asked the worker and he said something about mikes way. I said yes to a “mikes way”and the guy, he had like brown spiky hair and light eyes and big ears or something like that and he took my sandwich to the back like he had plans. When he came back, it was wet, sad, and tasted of trauma.

I’m pissed. Asked for triple meat and was completely disrespected by a young blonde women with puffy hair. She looked at a male co-worker with an unfortunate frown out buzz-cut and laughed at me which struck me as odd. What did I do wrong? I just wanted protein. After that part of the line, the two workers went to the back and were whispering and I felt genuinely targeted. Do not plan on coming back until these workers are gone. Please apologize to me

This young man had a really rude attitude towards me when I asked for extra mayo. Just for description; he was a white male, maybe 5’9, short shaggy brown hair, and beady eyes. He rolled his eyes multiple times during my order, which made me cry in my car because I had already had a rough day. Please check with your workers and teach them about empathy.

DON'T EVER CHANGE!
You guys close at 9pm. So when I walk in at 8:20 and get service like this!.... I have to speak up. I hate places that close at a certain time but close everything up before hand (which is 90% of fastfood/fast casual places). Not only did they have what I needed (which required the grill), but they were happy to serve. It's service like that that makes these property taxes worth it. Jersey Mike's never fails.

This place is the best jersey mikes ever. Everyone there is just so friendly and nice, The food is ALWAYS fresh and delectable the place is also ALWAYS CLEAN And have a nice bathroom. This is my favorite jersey mikes ever.

I remember a few years back Danny's sub was at this location! Jersey Mike's doesn't even hold a candle to Danny's sub.

Girl taking orders was rude. All the employees seemed like they hated their jobs nobody cracked a smile or a thank you anywhere. Food was ok. The place was a disaster and the tables were so sticky I couldnt pick my paper up off the table after eating. Probably wont be back.

I popped in here around 12:30 on a Wednesday to grab a chicken cheese steak to go. The order & checkout process was standard & fine. I know the hot sandwiches take a little longer to prepare & a few people were waiting so I sat down to wait for it. Another customer was checking out when the line cook took mine over to the register. She barely said 16 & that lady grabbed it, set cash down & left (the cashier was finishing a deli sandwich with gloved hands & she didn’t wait for him to ring her out properly). I thought it may have been my sandwich, but wasn’t positive as I didn’t know what the lady had ordered & maybe it was hers or to go. I continued to wait until they were clearly looking for the lady to finish her deli sandwich & someone behind the counter said they had to remake 16. No one acknowledged me or the fact that someone else took my sandwich & would be delayed. I continued to wait & was there 15-20 minutes total. I approached them about the long wait & was finally acknowledged that they called me & someone else took it, like it was my fault I didn’t beat the lady to claiming a #16. They said they were remaking it but they couldn’t do anything else. I suggested they offer a discount or refund as the time was ridiculous & I was on a work lunch break & was just told they couldn’t do anything. I fully understand they were busy & had everyone packing deli sandwiches for a large to go order but I was not acknowledged about the mistake or additional wait when they realized the error then I treated like their mistake in giving the sandwich to a wrong customer was my problem & I do not appreciate that. I would not go here again.
