I have ordered uber eats delivery from this location multiple times. Every single time I order the club supreme which in its description comes with mayo and bacon. I have never received mayo and bacon on it. They also miss the mustard every single time. I went to the store and ordered and started wrapping the sub without the bacon. I asked to have bacon added and they did so. Its included in the description of the sub. I have never even done a google review but my god what are you trying to pull? I love your sandwiches, just give me what I ordered? Especially when its double the cost on uber eats.

Love their subs! The bread is always soft and fresh, the meats and toppings tasted wonderful. Nice selection of chips to decide from, unlike their competitors. Things I don't appreciate are when staff continue their personal conversations when there are customers. Now, I've worked food service and retail before so I am usually understanding if I first walk in and they are wrapping up a conversation. Not so understanding when they stop helping me and then engage in a lengthy conversation with a coworker...or stop in the middle of slicing meat (dangerous anyway) to carry on a new conversation with another coworker instead of finishing the meat slicing so the other worker can finish topping my sub, then there's a problem. Loved how the worker walked away from the register after I finished paying before making sure we had our drink cups.

Ordered online arrived and they couldn't find the order I was 3 mins early they said "ticket didn't print" they made it for me I left the rude manager calls me and said it was my fault for arriving early when they couldn't find the online ticket I will never go to this location again the workers behind the counter did a good job and made it right but it takes Balls to call someone and say it was my fault for getting there 3 mins early there was a line and they seemed to do all.ther orders before mine I know I ordered before they got there. It's a shame it's close by my house but I will not be treated that way
How do you go to a sub place and be out of bread? Honestly, I think it's because I got there 15mins from closing and they were already done mopping and had the chairs and tables pushed aside ready to close.

my first time trying jersey mikes! i ordered through doordash and everything was correct + delivered fast! i got a BLT, but all the bacon was just crumbles, not strips like advertised. very messy, a little disappointing, but tasted okay
