Order my pizza for pickup when I got there they hadn’t even started my order and it was still like another 30 mins wait staff was rude and very lazy I would take my money elsewhere

Whichever order taker and pizza maker on duty at 7:10 pm 10/1 was rude and disrespectful burnt my pizza when I called to make a report I was spoken to aggressively and hung up on. I am a frequent customer and I spend a lot of money

My grandma tried to surprise me with Jetz Pizza, but the experience was a frustrating mess. The order magically vanished from her bank account, yet the charge remained – a clear system failure. To make matters worse, two male employees were incredibly rude and dismissive, offering zero help. It was only through the persistent efforts of a female staff member, who went above and beyond, that we even began to resolve this mess. While I appreciate the one employee's effort, the overall lack of accountability and the appalling customer service from others is unacceptable. This experience has definitely left a sour taste.

Ordered a pizza though uber eats, which is besides the point. They added onion to a pizza that does not get onion. Because I didn't order though them I get to deal with Uber who game me $5. Not dealing with jets or uber again.

I don't recommend this location anymore. I had a 4 Item order and it was a carry out order. It was 20 minutes late. I arrived 3 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. It wasn't even started. I stood in the waiting area and watched 6 other orders go out. When mine was ready I took everything home and found out one of the boxes they gave me was empty. They forgot my turbo bread. I had to go back and wait another 10+ minutes and drive back home again. I don't know if I will ever go back. I don't recommend this location anymore.

Jet’s Pizza nails it—delicious pies served in a clean, welcoming space with top-notch service. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere inviting, and everything feels fresh and well-run. A solid go-to for quality pizza and a great dining experience.

I ordered a pizza online for my young children while we were staying at a hotel in Columbus for a volleyball tournament. I submitted the order around 7:50 with an estimated delivery arrival of 8:37. At 9:00 PM, I called the restaurant to check on the status of my order, as my young children were fallen asleep and having a meltdown from being tired and hungry. I spoke with a female and told the woman I was looking to check the status on my order, as it had been well over an hour from having placed it and almost 30 minutes after the expected arrival time they provided. I was told they had gotten very busy during the time I ordered and it should be arriving soon. I asked if I would be able to cancel my order and receive a refund, as the order was purchased for children who are now asleep since they couldn’t fulfill their estimated arrival time. The woman told me “you got a fridge don’t you?” I said excuse me and she again said “you got a fridge you can put it in right?” I asked the lady “are you being serious right now? Can I speak with a manager?” I was told I am speaking to the manager and I said “are you seriously telling me the solution to your pizza being late for my kids who were hungry and now sleeping is to place it in the fridge?” The woman said “yea, or I can remake it for you and send it out again but I can’t give you a refund.” I told the woman that remaking a pizza for me would help the situation my hungry kids who are now sleeping.
A short time later, the delivery arrived and I informed the driver of my conversation with his manager. The delivery driver apologized profusely for the late delivery and more so of the spoken content of his manager.
I want to make it clear I understand patience and waiting. The most concerning thing for me that I feel the need to post is the manager’s absolute inability to hold herself accountable and operate a business with respect toward the customer.

Great food and awesome service. They were behind on orders, and mine was later than expected, but they kept me updated and were great about it. I'll be back to this location more often.

I've been a loyal customer for many years at this location. I've never been disappointed. I always get a large pepperoni deep dish and occasionally bone in wings. Tonight I got a pepperoni and an Italian deli boat. Still delicious. I want to give a shout out to the delivery guy. He was personable and courteous. I wish I could've given him more than a 40 percent tip. He deserved it! He delivered on 1/16/25 between 9:40 and 9:45p

We do takeout here every couple weeks. Have zero complaints so I was surprised it’s a 3.1 rating 🤷♂️ pizza is pretty darn slammin (Buffalo pizza w turbo crust 🤤)!

Alex is one of the nicest workers, his customer service was satisfactory. Always keeping up positive energy when talking to customers but also with his work ethic. I appreciate jets pizza because of him.
