I ordered a pizza online for my young children while we were staying at a hotel in Columbus for a volleyball tournament. I submitted the order around 7:50 with an estimated delivery arrival of 8:37. At 9:00 PM, I called the restaurant to check on the status of my order, as my young children were fallen asleep and having a meltdown from being tired and hungry. I spoke with a female and told the woman I was looking to check the status on my order, as it had been well over an hour from having placed it and almost 30 minutes after the expected arrival time they provided. I was told they had gotten very busy during the time I ordered and it should be arriving soon. I asked if I would be able to cancel my order and receive a refund, as the order was purchased for children who are now asleep since they couldn’t fulfill their estimated arrival time. The woman told me “you got a fridge don’t you?” I said excuse me and she again said “you got a fridge you can put it in right?” I asked the lady “are you being serious right now? Can I speak with a manager?” I was told I am speaking to the manager and I said “are you seriously telling me the solution to your pizza being late for my kids who were hungry and now sleeping is to place it in the fridge?” The woman said “yea, or I can remake it for you and send it out again but I can’t give you a refund.” I told the woman that remaking a pizza for me would help the situation my hungry kids who are now sleeping.

A short time later, the delivery arrived and I informed the driver of my conversation with his manager. The delivery driver apologized profusely for the late delivery and more so of the spoken content of his manager.

I want to make it clear I understand patience and waiting. The most concerning thing for me that I feel the need to post is the manager’s absolute inability to hold herself accountable and operate a business with respect toward the customer.

I've been a loyal customer for many years at this location. I've never been disappointed. I always get a large pepperoni deep dish and occasionally bone in wings. Tonight I got a pepperoni and an Italian deli boat. Still delicious. I want to give a shout out to the delivery guy. He was personable and courteous. I wish I could've given him more than a 40 percent tip. He deserved it! He delivered on 1/16/25 between 9:40 and 9:45p

We do takeout here every couple weeks. Have zero complaints so I was surprised it’s a 3.1 rating 🤷‍♂️ pizza is pretty darn slammin (Buffalo pizza w turbo crust 🤤)!

This the Worst Experience i have. Ever had. I ordered a pizza , which is NOT CHEAP. WHEN I GOT. PIZZA IT Was Missing more then half of the items that should have been on the Pizza, well i got the store and the guy that answered was CLUELESS AND RUDE i asked to speak to manager and then and then a very rude and un professional female gets on phone and she was rude from the beginning. She was loud ,yelling and cursing and talking over me i asked to speak to managerand she cursed at me and said no that she was not going to let me speak to manager i asked for new pizza she said had to approve SHE THEN RUDELY HUNG UP.ON ME!!! This is the worst experience that i have had with pizza place, i then called the Corporate office and pleaded my issues.
I will never eat here again!!!!

I decided to visit this location and hopes ofFilling my grandpas Request of getting a side of cheese that I previously have gotten from a different location. On request the manager at this location told me that “ I don’t give up” With simply asking for a Large side Of cheese. I would really hope Future customers would not have an Inconvenience and a struggle just to get a little container of cheese. Sorry for not giving up! I just wanted to fulfill my grand request.

The food is usually great and the workers are courteous, but it seems like half the time they haven't even received our order. We've done their text ordering to get the fifteen percent discount, but once I get to the store they haven't even gotten it.

We love the pizza, but seem to be getting ripped off. At least the last 5-7 orders we have requested and paid for extra pepperoni. Every time we get the pizza we are disappointed with the amount of pepperoni. Today's order we ordered half regular and half extra pepperoni to see the difference. Please tell me if you can tell the difference! We are going to address this with the individual store and will update this review.

This is a 1st. It tasted like the ingredients were spoiled. Couldn't eat it. Wasted almost $50 on rotted tasting pizza that is usually amazing. Massively disappointing & infuriating!
