Don’t order delivery from here unless you want your food to smell like cigarettes… I ordered food through the website a couple months ago and we could not eat it, smelled horrible. I gave it a bit and ordered today, same thing.. couldn’t eat it with out smelling cigarettes.

Blue haired employee bad attitude. I asked them for jalapenos, I was told by her "your lucky I haven't finished making it yet or I would charge you extra". I had to tell the order taker 3 times about my order. I will never return to this store.

I ordered from their app and the food not only came late but it smelled like pure cigarettes. I was disgusted and couldn’t eat the food. They need to replace the driver.

If you go to this location either pick your food up or order through something like Ubereats or Doordash and hope for a good driver.

4 Time Car Buyer of MAG

Just got a sandwich with a handful of hot peppers on it. This is my go to sandwich I've ordered many times & not sure why the hot peppers other than trying to reduce customers. This was Sunday 7-7
about 1145 & the place appeared closed. Just wanted owner to know the staff was subpar and not serving the business well. I will never go to another Jimmy Johns

Ordered online for a party. The food was ready when we got there. We were greeted by very friendly employees and even helped me get my food to the car!! The food was delicious!

Have tried to order delivery from this location multiple times to only be called and be told “we don’t have any more bread”. Finally I made the comment that “you guys sure do run out of bread a lot” and was told by the employee they only enough bread to last until 8:00 pm which is an hour before they close. Talk about an amazing business plan, make enough product to run out an hour before you even close. Oh and by the way when you drive by this location no advertising lights are ever on and the chairs are typically still on top of the tables. I don’t know who owns this franchise but you might want to spend some more time in there.

I watched both employees behind the counter take payments with gloves on and use those same gloves to make sandwiches. Very disturbing. Employees need educated please.

I walked in and the place was so gross and dirty. Employee looked so dirty and sores all over like a crack addict. I’d prefer not to get sick today so I walked right out of this place.

So I think it’s time I leave a review. I stopped coming to this Jimmy John’s for a long time because of a personal hygiene issue with one of the employees. It just wasn’t an appetizing thing for me so I just stopped. I decided to order again and come in today. I’m assuming the sandwich maker was the one that was sitting on the sandwich making board while he was on his phone. I wasn’t greeted and everyone just looks so miserable. The place really needs to be scrubbed real good and I do believe that personal hygiene should be highly recommended to anyone who works in a restaurant especially if you were delivering peoples food to them. I’m sorry, but I will not be back

Food is usually fine, on par with other Jimmy John’s locations. But this place is NEVER fast. Delivery takes more than an hour every time I’ve ordered from here (sometimes 90+ minutes).I can understand an occasional issue, but every time? Not acceptable for a store that claims to be “freaky fast”. And fair warning, if you use Door Dash to order, the delivery time is ALWAYS wrong, and there is no option for help other than to call the store, which generally isn’t remotely helpful.

Ordered a delivery order for 6 adults and two hungry toddlers. Was taking awhile so when we called to inquire they told us their delivery drive was not there yet (this was 30 mins after they opened). So we said we’d just come pick it up. The girl told me that she was going to cancel and re ring the entire order so that we would not be charged delivery (duh!). When my sister got there she said “that’s not what I said.” So she lied. And gave us a credit. (That we can not use in the app and only can use at this location and have to call). Unacceptable. And where is the driver?! Call and let people know at least. Now our food sat for how long ?!
