This is for 2 visits (July 23rd and August 5th) Kudos to the team working on July 23 around 5:45pm. I always place a carry out order 15 minutes BEFORE I truly pick up just to make sure my order is ready -have arrived too many times at the time I wanted and I walk in and they are just starting my order so this is how I have to outsmart them which is sad. BUT this experience was amazing the order was ready-was correct AND the food tasted great! Order chicken breast pieces and they were soo juicy and big. The lady manager was rockin it too-she was calling back orders-putting orders together-working the front line as well as the drive thru! She kept a smile on her face and really made my day better. Please keep her at this location cause she clearly knows how to run the ship! As for the August 5 visit around 6:30 the team working got it all correct. Food was ready on time and the team were super nice. Food tasted wonderful-nice juicy chicken breasts and everything tasted fresh too. Please keep these workers as they know their stuff!!

I went 20 minutes before close today (August 7th 2025) after my shift ended and the two ladies working the drive through were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and tasty! And they did it all despite closing in 20 minutes! Will definitely be coming back!

Sloooooooow service. Great chicken. Like all KFCs, the Mashed potatoes were dehydrated paste.Yuk. The gravy was good. And the price of 8 pieces of chicken?!?! Yikes. Don't tell me there is no inflation.

This is possibly the worst kfc ever. I live close and every time I order from here it’s brutal. Employees are trying to keep up but obviously the ownership is the problem. KFC corporate should really step in.
Lousy service, employees playing on there phone. Lack of urgency for people's time and still got my order wrong

The lady at the Drive Thru at 2 p.m. today has to be one of the nicest ladies around. I am not allowed to eat Fried Chicken , but I come on occasion for just 1 Breast. She just makes the day better.

I went thru the drive thru the light was not on the order board so was only able to see some of the menu I advised the person who was taking the orders that the light wasn't on and was immediately hit with a rude comment from the worker that was taking the orders. I asked her if there were any specials because I couldn't see the menu and she advised me that they had a five dollar and a ten dollar meal for chicken sides and biscuits I ultimately ordered two $10 meals all dark meat and a chicken bowl and fry when I got to the window the representative Didn't take my order down correctly because I asked her to read it back to me and it was wrong and advised her again of two $10 meals of all dark meat and a chicken bowl and a side of fries, I then gave her my debit card she handed it back to me and asked me to pull forward that she would bring my food out. I sat an waited for 20 minutes and she never came out sat an watched car after car pull up and wait an get served but still I sat eventually having my daughter go in and get our food got all the way home and the order was wrong nor was I given a receipt I immediately called the store and the rude lady that took my order refused to let me speak to manager said to call back in 10 minutes and then they took phone off hook because I was repeatedly sent to voicemail issues has never been resolved I will be placing a complaint in person on Monday as well as with corporate.

Found blue hair cooked into my drum sticks. Chicken sandwich was not edible at all. Called for a manager the kid couldn’t even tell me where he was. Very sad.

It was an extremely amazing experience. I saw several different things from hard working people to amazing hospitality! There was even a man in the corner of the store wearing a bag on his head and talking to himself. Such a strange piece of Westerville.
