The lady at the Drive Thru at 2 p.m. today has to be one of the nicest ladies around. I am not allowed to eat Fried Chicken , but I come on occasion for just 1 Breast. She just makes the day better.

I went thru the drive thru the light was not on the order board so was only able to see some of the menu I advised the person who was taking the orders that the light wasn't on and was immediately hit with a rude comment from the worker that was taking the orders. I asked her if there were any specials because I couldn't see the menu and she advised me that they had a five dollar and a ten dollar meal for chicken sides and biscuits I ultimately ordered two $10 meals all dark meat and a chicken bowl and fry when I got to the window the representative Didn't take my order down correctly because I asked her to read it back to me and it was wrong and advised her again of two $10 meals of all dark meat and a chicken bowl and a side of fries, I then gave her my debit card she handed it back to me and asked me to pull forward that she would bring my food out. I sat an waited for 20 minutes and she never came out sat an watched car after car pull up and wait an get served but still I sat eventually having my daughter go in and get our food got all the way home and the order was wrong nor was I given a receipt I immediately called the store and the rude lady that took my order refused to let me speak to manager said to call back in 10 minutes and then they took phone off hook because I was repeatedly sent to voicemail issues has never been resolved I will be placing a complaint in person on Monday as well as with corporate.

Found blue hair cooked into my drum sticks. Chicken sandwich was not edible at all. Called for a manager the kid couldn’t even tell me where he was. Very sad.

It was an extremely amazing experience. I saw several different things from hard working people to amazing hospitality! There was even a man in the corner of the store wearing a bag on his head and talking to himself. Such a strange piece of Westerville.

I was the only customer at the location. I ordered a famous bowl no corn, no cheese, extra gravy w/a Pepsi and side of coleslaw. The bowl was full of gravy and 3 pieces of popcorn chicken. I was also given a Diet Pepsi. I’m not sure how the order could have been so poorly made w/5 staff members, yet no one else there to buy. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy food from this location.

i ordered a 4 PC tenders meal, and they forgot the biscuit and sauce, as well as there being barely any fries. the chicken tasted weird and tough, and now the next morning i definitely feel sick, like i ate something off. obviously will not be returning here
