I ordered a cake in April and asked for confirmation of the order - never receive one. They then emailed me two days prior to my event saying it was ready in one of their refrigerators and to leave cash after grabbing it. I kindly responded that I no longer needed their services. They continued to text me that I did not pick up my order. If you have small events that you do not need to rely on confirmation then yes, otherwise go elsewhere.

Sue at Le Gateau is the best! She created not one, but two, wedding cakes for us (rescheduled the first wedding due to COVID). Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was so delicious! We had several wedding guests say that it was the best wedding cake they had ever eaten, and I agree with them! Sue also took the time to match the icing detail to the beading pattern on my wedding dress and that was so special. Le Gateau's pricing are very reasonable compared to other vendors in the Columbus area too. I would highly recommend Sue to any Columbus couple having a wedding in the near future. Thank you again!

Sue has made a gluten free wedding cake and birthday cake for me. My guests had no idea it was gluten-free and Manny said it was the most delicious cake and icing they had ever had! Sue’s cakes melt in your mouth and they are works of art!
Columbus is so lucky to have Sue at Le Gateau! Her wedding cake designs are gorgeous, and her baked goods are absolutely "scrummy," as Mary Berry would say. This morning, we picked up a Challah loaf and pecan pie from her bakery, and OMG - what a treat. The Challah is rich and spongy, and the pecan pie has the perfect amount of sweetness with a buttery, flaky crust. Would definitely recommend!

For our wedding cake, it served 230 people (4 tiers) with Italian cream cake with strawberry filling, orange cake with chocolate ganache filling, and chocolate cake with raspberry filling covered in iced buttercream frosting...might I add, all made from SCRATCH. We received so many compliments from our guests about how excellent our cake was!
