Best soft serve in Columbus. Really nice staff. Creative sundaes, especially seasonal flavors and toppings. “Winnie” sundae available in Sept 2024 is amazing with pumpkin soft serve. Clean inside with fun vibe.

Disappointed. This place hides under fun toppings and interior decorations. The “ice cream” here has an odd foam/frozen whipped cream like texture. The texture is so odd that it doesn’t seem to melt properly or be as cold as actual ice cream. You’ll notice your ice cream start to get warm (look melted) while keeping its shape. It’s really strange and not cold and creamy at all. Get the toppings and go literally any place else.

Ice creams were ok, nothing great. Service was awful, the 2 girls serving barely said a word and looked really miserable. Talking about making your paying customers feel unwelcome.

If there was a Little Ladies Soft Serve fan club I would be in it. The soft serve is PERFECTION. So fluffy and delicious. I beg my boyfriend every night to drive 30 minutes to it. I recommend this place to everyone I know because oh my god it’s that good. I would drive across the country for this ice cream.
