We picked up our online order at your Westerville location and our “wet” burritos did not include any cheese sauce, which made them extremely dry. Additionally, while eating my ground beef chimichanga, I found large chunks of beef that were RAW when cut into. As a result, both entrées were inedible. We also did not receive any salsa with our chips…I am extremely disappointed with the food quality, particularly given the food safety concern with the undercooked meat. Gross. Do better.

This is my go to Mexican restaurant. Veronica and Carlos are always happy to see us. My wife and I come in several times a week and we usually bring friends or family with us. Because we can always count on a Good time, Great food, Excellent service and a cozy place to hang out. Portion size is always great. They will make your order to your liking just ask, they are very accommodating. Food is served hot and fast. Great bang for your buck ! Check it out

Why are we still keeping this place open?? This food is so disgusting and disappointing!! Every one knows Mexican food is delicious! It’s just THIS PLACE that’s TERRIBLE! What you see is what I left. Couldn’t take it anymore 🤮. Always trust your instincts on a place that never has any customers no matter what day it is!!

Ordered online for pickup. There was a receipt underneath (and halfway sticking out) from underneath the burrito. They could have seen it packaging it up but still sent it as one of our meals.? Someone else found a piece of plastic wrapper in their meal. And another meal had cheese even though the instruction were written for no cheese and no sour cream. Empanda was like a soggy tortilla. Other food was good but will not order from them again. Maybe in-person is better?

My Steak Vallarta was excellent. The rib eye and shrimp were tender and delicious. Love the cheese sauce. I will definitely be ordering this dish again! Service was exceptional too.

CS: My wife went to get the food. There was an older man at the register who kept commenting on her looks, staring at her, elongating the check out process, asking her all these extra unnecessary personal questions, looking at her up and down and again commenting on her looks.
“Food” When we opened the bag, I assumed they got the wrong order. I’ve just never seen a burrito so pathetic in my life. 1. It was small, like an 8 inch tortilla for dang near $14.00 2. Some of the ingredients were inside and some were outside intentionally and all were nasty or tasteless. ALL, the meat, the lettuce, the tomatoes, even the most redeemable part of a burrito, the tortilla tasted stale.
Then the rice and beans sides we got had WWI level rations/portions. Like, yoooo, $7.00 can’t get me a whole spoon full of rice and beans? Sheeesh! And even them jawns was funny acting. The flies at the park wouldn’t mess with it after we couldn’t either. Beans tasted chalky and extra spicy for no reason at all (and don’t get me wrong, we do spice but it’s like having Frank’s Hot Sauce on your frosted mini wheats, just OD unnecessary out here)
Normally, wifey does all the review checking prior to eating from a new spot but the one time we don’t check reviews and we got got!
I only wished it was uber eats so we could have recouped that $.
I’m not sure if it used to be good there or it was always mid to suffering and they just bamboozle folks but based on our experience, I’m SHOCKED this is a 4.3. It’s just disrespectful to the other 4 point something restaurants in this world who out here really trying.
Not only would we strongly caution you against ordering from here, I wouldn’t even look on the west side of Westerville Rd when you in the vicinity.
P.S. although I write in a someone joking tone here, I really loathe leaving ratings other than 5 stars. Wifey and I rarely do. If it was just mid, we leave the ratings alone and hope they do better but when you got an old man being gross to a young lady and your food taste like lost life opportunities, it’s our duty to warn others.
