Los Altos Mexican Bar and Grill

Everything was wonderful when I went a couple of weeks ago. The tableside guacamole was delicious! And the portions are very generous, the wait staff was very attentive.

This restaurant is in the old movie theater in downtown Westerville. When you walk in they have it decorated very festive! When you sit down someone comes over with a cart to offer you fresh guacamole! They make a huge presentation when bringing your drinks out with lighted ice cubes, swirling fireworks on the tray! The food was very good, and everyone is very friendly! A great place to go to celebrate! Parking is difficult, so we were dropped off at the door while the driver found a parking spot.

Very cool vibe and layout. A lot of detail and presentation into the themes and the drinks. Service is very friendly. They have a cart that moves around that can make fresh guacamole for the table (for a price) that is very good. Food items are pretty large (12inch burrito, 10inch quesadilla) and all around $15 per dishes on average. Mexican American.
Can be busy as the inside space isn’t too large, and street parking can be a challenge during peak hours as it is shared with the other restaurants in the downtown area.

I got two chimichangas they were a little on the small side but tasty charge me extra for sour cream when I feel like they should automatically include that with food I will not be back because I got charged the wrong amount on my debit card what I filled out on the ticket is not what was taken out of my account

Okay so two days later after Valentine's Day I called them up and I spoke with the manager and I told them the issue they found my ticket and corrected it although I had to drive up here to get my refund they did apologize and offered me a drink and a slice of cake so I guess I will be back

Pretty solid food and delicious fun margaritas! Came on a lunch date with my wife and was not expecting to have such a good time.

This little restaurant inside an old theater building was a pleasant surprise. The service was prompt and friendly, and they served festively decorated drinks to our delight.

The food -- from queso dip to chicken chimichangas to lovely fried ice cream -- was scrumptious. Some of the best Mexican I've had in a while. I'll remember to stop by again.

Feast for the eyes & body!!!!
Atmosphere is chill but fun. Went with another couple and it was very enjoyable. Not a loud place so easy to talk while eating/drinking. There was a loud fanfare at one point for someone's birthday. 😁
The decor was festive and nice to look at.( loved the hanging lights!) Customer service was timely and courteous. The only teeny tiny issue was, we ordered guacamole. This was fine but....a person came to our table with a cart & offered us fresh guacamole, was a generous serving. We accepted, of course. We didn't understand when a small bowl of guacamole was served to our table by the server.🤔 ( in addition)
We weren't charged twice for the guacamole. We recalled that the cart had, had a can on top. Were we supposed to pay, or tip them? This was not clear or explained to us. 🤷‍♀️
No big deal though.
The drinks were fancy! ( had Purple Rain & Mango Margherita) The purple rain tasted just ok.
Prices were reasonable & food was nicely portioned and delicious!
We will for sure return!🥰

Great food, fun atmosphere, with really good customer service from the whole staff. Guacamole Cart I mean…. Yes please! Margaritas are an event not just not a drink. The grilled fish tacos were delicious. Whole table pleased with their food as well.
