Ordered pep and mushroom for pic up. 23.00 for a large pizza.
Absolutely no cheese at all 0 and crust was burnt. Not to mention I was up all night to bathroom

Massey's really is the perfect pizza. Columbus style crust and cut at its finest. 155 (!) pepperoni slices on the large. That is a whole lotta meat. Friendly. Good. Will do again.

Have always loved Massey’s. This past Friday, 7/25 our pizza’s were shockingly awful. Can’t come back. Disappointed, as have been a Massey’s lover for 56 years. It has been hit or miss for over a decade. But after too many misses and this last one showed no care in the product you are producing, we’re gone.

Food was spot on. We visited close to end of lunch buffet but plenty of time and still fresh pizza coming out.

I've been becoming a loyal customer of this restaurant since last year and have always been satisfied—until yesterday. I received an order of wings that were shockingly small, barely the size of my child's thumbs, and completely inedible. When I called, a staff member acknowledged the issue and suggested I speak with the manager today about a possible credit.

However, when I spoke with the manager, he was beyond rude. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he tried to justify the wings' size and poor quality. I’ve always ordered my wings well done, and that has never made them shrink or become inedible. These wings should have never been sent out in the first place.

To make matters worse, he essentially yelled at me and dismissed my history as a customer, insisting I had only ordered twice—even though I’ve ordered multiple times just in the past few weeks. Whether he was having a bad day or this is his usual demeanor, his behavior was completely unprofessional. A manager should handle concerns with respect, not hostility. I hope the restaurant reconsiders who they put in charge of customer service.

I spent 10.99 for wings that were half the size of a McDonalds chicken nuggets. This was the food that I ordered for dinner which means I had to figure out another solution due to part of the meal not being edible. The price point is fine for normal size wings or even boneless but to have to argue as if I should just be glad with the quality of food I received was beyond me. Food that had to be thrown away!! My pizza didn't even have the white sauce on it but I didn't even bring that up because it was still good.

Their pizza, Veggie Subs, and service are outstanding!

Smells delicious when you walk in, and tastes even better.

I already knew this was classic Columbus thin crust pizza, but what I didn't know until today is that their taco pizza is the best taco pizza I've ever had.

Always a smooth in and out at Massey’s in Westerville…pizza is always hot and delicious!

IN SHORT: If you want to fill up your belly quickly with some on par cheap greasy pizza we highly recommend. If aesthetics are very important to you then we suggest you go somewhere else. Lol

THE DETAILS: My grandparents love coming to this pizza shop weekly! We were able to meet them there and really enjoyed our meal. The self-serve buffet option really met the needs of our family with small children. We didn't have to wait and we were able to get more as needed. The shop was busy while we were there and pizzas kept coming nice and hot. Kudos to the chefs cranking out pizzas in the back! The pizza buffet had minimal options as far as types of pizza to choose from but it still really hit the spot and the basics were available! Besides let's be real honest... most people like plain pepperoni anyway. Lol Now the dessert pizza... that was delicious! This really surprised us because that is typically not something we enjoy. I think they may have drizzled real honey on it? (Not completely positive on that detail. )The cinnamon sticks offered at most chain pizza shops are truly not good but Massey's knows how to do dessert pizza! You could go for that alone. In truth this pizza shop is a little bit dated (Okay, a lot dated.) The flow from the drink station to the food isn't great. However, the price was right, the quality was quite decent and we were never waiting on food. That is truly what is most important! So I say if you need a quick bite at a fair price.... take your kids (or grandparents) and enjoy your meal at Massey's!
