Ordered 'no salt' on the fries. They had salt... and were room temp. So, old. Thanks. Ordered a coffee, too. I guess I should have asked for it to be hot, because it was also warm. It must have been sitting next to the fries. At least the coffee grounds in the cup were an added touch.

Me and my family bought a small meal, we did not receive nearly any of what we ordered, I was missing a quarter of my drink, my family was only given one drink, and when we asked for the other cup we were ignored for 5 minutes by three employees. When we requested our sweet tea we were treated poorly and given the sweet tea 10 minutes after our actual order.
Overall the staff was horrible with us.
On top of that, the bathrooms had literal crap stains smeared on the women’s toilets, and men’s too according to my family. Additionally, no one had hairnets on and hair was not kept up out of the way.

After eating food from this McDonalds, I have officially resigned from ever going to another/any McDonalds again!!! Horrible food. No wonder it was just a handful of people going here during my visit.
Fish sandwich was not fresh and dried out. They don’t let you return and get your money back; but will remake, which still was not good. If you want freshly cooked, hot food, go to Dairy Queen, or any other place they cook to order. McDonalds should be ashamed to serve stale food!

Typical experience but the play place has been updated from some of the pictures… no big yellow slide anymore They have a smaller green tumble slide.

Took 3 attempts to get my small order correct going through the drive thru & the girl still failed at 2:20pm on 06/25/25. She didn't tell me the total when I paid with my card. I asked for a receipt she said they were out of paper. When they handed me my meal one item was completely dried out and was gross. My drink also had an employees hair on it. I also received an item I asked her to take off my order twice. Not pleased with their customer service or attitude. EVERYONE is better off going anywhere else other than McDonald's.

I ordered a pickup at 10:50, came through the drive through the drive through at 10:58, and the employee said that their closed that that i would get refunded. I never got refunded and refused to refund my money as well. Very upset with my experience. I expect to receive service during hours of operation, and even during a mix up, I would expect my money returned, which never happened. Highly recommend to never go to this location if you want good service.

Service was quick and efficient but quality of McDonald's breakfast has gone way down... biscuits are no longer fluffy and sausage patty is now thin but cost is still $2.29 for one biscuit.
