Was told I was getting a free meal by Anita. Then come by tonight “They are only accepting cash payments” I was like okay I talked to Anita for a replacement meal Was told at the speaker By a so called “manager” that I cannot get a replacement meal because she was not there the last night when the mess up happened. Anita told me she wrote My name down in the book. So why was I never compensated for my meal?
This is sad cause this is my usual McDonald’s Will be calling back in the morning for the corporate number to file a complaint.
UPDATE: been sitting in the drive-through line for 30 minutes. Haven’t even got up to the speaker yet taking 10 minutes each car. If it’s a staffing, problem, staff your damn stores. Send people over for God sake this is ridiculous

Slowest fast food place Ive ever been to. Went through the drive thru around 2:30 am. Was only two cars ahead of me. I was in line for 30 minutes. Food wasn’t hot and fresh. Got to do better.

I ordered the basic 10 piece chicken nuggets meal. Horrible. The worst chicken nuggets from a mcdonalds I've ever had. Tasted old/dry with several inedible nuggets that were hard and rubbery.

I don't understand why on an extremely cold day you do not have heat going inside the store also the parking lot was difficult to navigate the only part that was shoveled was the immediate doorway and this made it difficult for me to get my from my car to the restaurant and then after I find out that I'm paying more for the food it takes longer to get your food and the employees are just disrespectful about things

I go in the morning around 6am and it's the same ladies that work there and they are so rude. Attitude....u can tell they dont want to be there. Very short all the time. I say thank you and they just look at me in a disgusting face. They may want to find another job somewhere else. Customer service isn't for them.
Nobody probably from this establishment actually cares about these reviews but they should strongly consider firing the staff who’s here at 6pm. I come here almost daily and never once have I left this location without having to wait 10 mins for one of my items. Get it together.

They used to put too much salt on the fries but they don't now. I believe they got a new manager because the workers don't seem as stressed as they did a few years ago.

It is an excellent place to eat when you don't want to cook or do something really difficult on the stove or oven would totally recommend it to people that are lazy and want a fresh meal that's really fast
