Don't go in. Met my sister to pick up my granddaughter. My daughter goes in to order. Its been 30 minutes and still waiting. Have been at least 100 cars go through drive thru in this time.

The GUY at the window was super nice. The lady with the reddish blonde hair not so much! To be clear my 4 stars are his and his alone! The ⭐️ rating is because they served me a sandwich that was basically filled with eggshells and there is absolutely no way they couldn’t see them and they served the sandwich anyway! This is extremely dangerous and inconsiderate!

Service was extremely slow, food was wrong, and I asked 4 different people for condiments that I never got. I walked out after watching them take order after order out to waiting cars while they ignored my request for simple sauce and I was in the lobby where I ordered my food

No longer cheap, and definitely no longer quick. Every time I come here, even if it's for 2 basic menu items, they make you pull into a spot to wait. It's a waste of time and it makes for a bad customer experience. All it does is make their numbers look better to corporate. I was able to type this entire review while waiting in a parking spot for my food. Fast food? Nah.
Edit: making people park to wait for a small order is bullshit. I'm literally the only person in line. Nobody behind me. Do better

3rd shift is a great staff only issue I have is if you ever have a problem with your order none of the staff can communicate to well even the manager. Luckily I was able to use Google translate to communicate.

My husband an i used to be happy with the overall quality of the food then they went to crap..getting our order wrong and our pies always ice cold, the woman that takes our order can barely speak English and we had to say our order over like 5 times!! Never coming back here..an we used to come every single night. What happened!!???
This McDonald’s honestly has been the worst experience I’ve had. The employees are very rude and seem to have no patience at all. Most of them don’t speak English well, and they get frustrated when you don’t understand each other. One employee and I went back and forth because I asked for a 10-piece extra crispy nugget, but she thought I wanted 10 crispy chicken sandwiches and told me I couldn’t have them. I tried explaining what I wanted, but she just didn’t understand. I even asked what language she spoke so I could use Google Translate to help, but that offended her, and she started being rude—talking about me to coworkers right in front of me. After I paid for my Coke, I was told to pull forward, and when the woman brought out my order, she only had a caramel frappe. When I asked about my drink, she didn’t understand what “soda” or “Coke” meant. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend coming here—communication is difficult, the staff can be unfriendly, the food isn’t great either, and half the time they mess up your order.

This McDonalds has the worst customer service!! I always have to ask for fresh fries and they get an attitude when I do. Nobody wants cold fries or room temperature fries or old fries! All the staff has bad attitudes. They never answer the phone! It’s not hard to provide great customer service and quality food!!!
