Olivia offered great service with a smile. Food and ambiance better than expected. A nice evening!
The staff were very friendly and we were seated right away. Our server was great and he gave us two great recommendations for dinner and we took his advice on both. We went with Grilled Shrimp & Risotto and the Chicken Diavolo. They both were delicious and I would highly recommend them to anyone! My wife and I really enjoyed the Sriracha cream sauce that the Grilled Shrimp & Risotto came in. While we were there we heard two staff members talking about ordering the Chicken Diavolo and substituting the Sriracha cream sauce in place of the spicy cream sauce that it normally comes with. While I did enjoy the spicy cream sauce that came with the Chicken Diavolo I think I would prefer to try it with the Sriracha cream sauce also. The sauce was amazing and I highly recommend ordering any of the large plate items that have it. We finished off our dinner with the Chocolate Pot De Creme and it was fantastic also. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
I always enjoy my experience at Napa Westerville. However, I was quiet surprised that the place was empty on a Sunday and they were out of many items that we tried to order. One friend was able to order the strawberry fields cocktail but they ran out of ingredients for my second friend. They also did not have food items that we wanted to order. But all in all, we had a nice experience, again.
Nice place in north Westerville. We had pork chop, pasta and cheese tortellini. It was all very good. The lemon cheesecake was pretty good as well. Wait staff was attentive. Definitely would return.
I got the sesame salmon, the food was phenomenal. Service was good. Looking forward to coming back to try more menu options!
We had a wonderful evening dining on the patio. The weather was perfect, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend the hearts of fire salad and the pork chop. They will not disappoint.
Atmosphere great but food quality below average. The bread tasted 1 week old. Food does not taste fresh. Would only come for drinks next time

I visited here on a Sunday around lunchtime. It was not busy at all. The food came out rather quickly, and the service was pretty good. The pizza I would consider to be below average. If I came here again I would probably try something besides the pizza, I had the pizza at their Easton location and it was delicious. The pizza between the two locations is vastly different.

Selena was a personable + wonderful server. We were lucky enough to get the private dining room so our evening with family was extra special. I love the food at Napa. Portions are generous. Had a couple apps, crab cakes + sliders which came w/2 each... wished there'd be 3 each as most shareable elsewhere seem to come in 3's. Overall a great experience.
We are regulars @ Napa Westerville. We have so much enjoyed getting to the know the staff over the years. Elizabeth always says hello and places us with exceptional servers! Our server, Selena, was wonderful with our friends who have never been to this location. We always enjoy the conversation with the staff. Food and wine spot on!

It's okay. Wine flights are fun and a good value. Service was wonderful. Maybe it was an off-night, I've had better meals there before.
Had a great time!

I ate their pork chop for dinner -- cooked perfectly. Waitress was nice and attentive. I also had an Old Fashion for a cocktail, and thought it was very good. Good value too.
We enjoyed our meal and our wait person was good but not great. The restaurant was not that busy but it was a long time between courses, getting the bill and paying the bill. The hostess greeted us with Happy Anniversary which was nice. However, I don't think our wait person knew.
We had the calamari and the Brie as appetizers, the calamari tasted off as if the oil that was used was obviously rancid and hadn't been changed for a while, Brie was Good however the bread wasn't toasted and tasted like it was a day or two old. French onion soup was delicious. Wedge and hearts on fire were also very good. Sesame orange salmon was overcooked to the point of being dry. Grilled Shrimp with sriracha cream sauce shrimp also overcooked with crunchy risotto not good at all. Juliette pizza was undercooked pale crust with raw taste. Veal meatball was okay however bread that was served with it was moldy and turned diner eating it off and she didn't eat anything after that. It's a shame that this is a nice restaurant. However it appears as quality has suffered recently as I have dined her on other occasions with much better food. The wine was delicious as always. May be time for new management before this restaurant becomes a thing of the past.
