I specifically said no onions of any type. Food came out and not only did it have onions, it was if they added an extra amount. I said I had a food allergy. No refund and I couldn’t eat it because I would get sick. I will not come back.

I’ve never felt like I needed to wash my hands after I left a restaurant until I came here. The man taking orders was biting his nails, the kitchen staff preparing food were constantly wiping there noses, pulling up there pants, and touching there hair and continuing to make food. Food was not good didn’t taste fresh and was cold in spots. Silverware was dirty before we even touched it. Staff have ZERO knowledge on food safety.

Went to the ploaris location to get a carebear only to find out thats not at this location have to go to westerville. Go to westerville, people have care bears but no one knows how to get one, order a kids meal thinking thats who u get one. Get the food and Finally someone come out and tells me i have to buy and entree and a drink. Im like ok well had i known that i wouldnt have got the kids meal. Got the carebear but for my 1st time eating this was not pleased service or meal.

This location is dirty. All the staff was gathered in the back playing around. None went into the dining room to give it any attention. Food all over the floor. Chairs dirty, tables dirty. Take some pride ,where is management at. Everry chair almost that had material had gunk and stains. It was disgusting.

Be so for real it looks like they put the chicken in a hydraulic press. It's $4.25 to add chicken to a bowl, and this is what they all look like. The price went up, and they cut the chicken into a 3rd of what it used to be. I dont know if it's the franchise or the whole company, but I'll pass.
Pretty expensive for noodles, but the interior is clean and the service is good. I had the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and I love it each time I go.
