I had the shrimp scampi and it was tasteless and the shrimp was terrible. Wish I could give a better review because the staff are awesome!

The food is ok most of the time, which is why i gave it 3 stars and not 1. I ordered the BBQ mac n cheese about a month and a half ago, and well, you can see for yourself; it was gross. No cheese, no bbq sauce, and by the time i got done buying sauce from the store for it, the food was cold. This was the only bad real experience I’ve had with them, but I also havent had the desire to go back because the taste doesnt match the price point in my opinion.

Lots of chicken and celery in the chicken noodle soup, and usually very pleasant and alert service. Would order from here every day if I could. But they probably need to clean the dining room more frequently and thoroughly (I'm always taking ours home).

The whole place smells like a dirty mop, this place is gross. Noodles were chewy, very under cooked and portion was small. First time trying Noodles and Co, will not be back. Need to hire professional cleaners and get new mop equipment.

Loved the new Rigatoni Rosa. The parm crusted chicken, tomatoes, spinach, and corn were all fresh and delicious. If you try the new Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine just know it’s VERY spicy! 🌶️

I specifically said no onions of any type. Food came out and not only did it have onions, it was if they added an extra amount. I said I had a food allergy. No refund and I couldn’t eat it because I would get sick. I will not come back.

I’ve never felt like I needed to wash my hands after I left a restaurant until I came here. The man taking orders was biting his nails, the kitchen staff preparing food were constantly wiping there noses, pulling up there pants, and touching there hair and continuing to make food. Food was not good didn’t taste fresh and was cold in spots. Silverware was dirty before we even touched it. Staff have ZERO knowledge on food safety.

Went to the ploaris location to get a carebear only to find out thats not at this location have to go to westerville. Go to westerville, people have care bears but no one knows how to get one, order a kids meal thinking thats who u get one. Get the food and Finally someone come out and tells me i have to buy and entree and a drink. Im like ok well had i known that i wouldnt have got the kids meal. Got the carebear but for my 1st time eating this was not pleased service or meal.
