Wow. I wish they were in Cincinnati!! Great food choices, taste, presentation and prices. The oatmeal, of all things, was delicious! I want to learn to make it that way at home. The bean burger was excellent. Staff friendly, fast and professional.

I've just had one of the best dishes I've had in a very long time! I ordered the Cast Iron Steak and Enchilada. This dish comes with a radish garnish and refried black beans. I thought it was a little odd to order steak and not be asked how I would like my steak. But I thought, you know what? Let's send it. Let's see if I get an overcooked briquette. No sir or madam. This steak was cooked to perfection. Nice and rare, maybe medium rare at best. Flavored to perfection. The cheese enchilada was a little crisp and just the right amount of cilantro. The beans were cooked perfectly and had a wonderful touch of spice. The portion was perfect. Not too much food, not too little. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times but there is a small lot at the rear of the building in addition to on street parking in the area. The location has indoor seating and a small, covered patio. The decor is nice and the music is chill and not too loud.

This was my first time visiting the Northstar Cafe in Westerville, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I’ve been to many of the other Northstar locations and have never had any issues, especially when it comes to cleanliness.

I ordered a meal and an iced tea, and after drinking about half of it, I noticed something black in my cup. When I opened the lid, I saw there was a fruit fly inside my drink. A fly. It was extremely disgusting and completely ruined my experience.

I really hope this was just an isolated issue at this location, but it definitely makes me hesitant to come back here.

Everything on the menu is delicious!

I ordered the buddah bowl for take out. I was shocked to see how SMALL the bowl was. The portion of chicken was two small pieces and the bowl itself barely had any vegetables. After tipping the total was over $20 for a bowl of rice.

The food is always top notch and the service is what I expect, but not usually what I get anymore. That said, you get what you pay for, and they are pricey.

This is one of the best restaurants for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. The food is consistent. I have visited all the locations in the area, and I can confidently say that the food quality, quantities, and flavor are consistent. My favorite meal selections are the cloud nine pancakes, applewood smoked bacon, homemade breakfast sausage, country breakfast, fresh buttermilk biscuit, classic cheeseburger, Northstar burger, fish sandwich, and chopped salad. I have never had a bad experience or meal at Northstar. This is the energy and sense of community that was present at Starbucks. You can see and feel through the experience and the atmosphere that Northstar is firmly committed to exceptional service and quality. This is my go-to spot to rewind, relax, and socialize.
