I've been loving Northstar for years. I often order takeout on Sunday mornings for an at home brunch. Called in today and now you can't place an order over the phone. I went to the website to order and it was very confusing and I couldn't find the breakfast I usually get (The Cowboy) which consists of delightfully swirled, scrambled eggs, delicious bacon and a wonderful biscuit. A staple for breakfast if you ask me.So I call in asking someone to help me find this meal on their website and then I'm told they don't offer it anymore and the only way you can buy that now is to buy a la carte and it's about $22 instead of $14.Sorry Northstar, take even more human interaction out of your process by forcing us to order online and then taking away meals that you have had for years. I'm out.

Great service. Quality food. Relaxing vibe. Nice little patio. It goes without saying, add a peanut butter cookie to your order.
I loved this restaurant! I have a very sensitive stomach and loved the sweet potato hash and orange juice. The atmosphere was so peaceful outside. The staff were so nice. My husband did not love the biscuits and gravy, it is not traditional. He would give the food 1 star, lol. Maybe we can come back for my birthday. :)

#AuDHD fun:Would love to have eaten here; ordering is more complicated than it could beAdditionally, to get just a biscuit, with meat & cheese, no egg - well, it's at-best a job because ...I "could" get the biscuit sandwich with egg removed, but no cost removedI "could" get a biscuit with meat, then request a slice of cheese upon arrival, which means I'd have to unwrap the biscuit to add the cheese myself in an already-cooling biscuitWHY, for places known for good biscuits, do you not have an option for "build it your way"?Why do I have to pay more to get less?Won't be trying them simply because it's too bloody stressful to get what I WANT

The food is always amazing, perfect. The staff is amazing. Big smiles, sincere hospitality. This Westerville location is a real gem, it’s busy, but not too busy. Some of the other locations like Easton can get very very busy.Vegetarian options: They are very vegetable forward with some of the dishes, if you eat eggs for breakfast, you are in. But they are always willing to customize.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten-free, and I eat high protein low-carb. Great options here.

I apologize that my presence makes you so sick that y’all have to continually walk past me mean-mugging me when I’m just coming to the establishment to eat!All I do is sit here and read, and study and eat; then I will look up and see many of you walking past looking at me like I disgust you and you hate my guts. Is it because I’m black? Do I look homeless to you or dirty? I’m being serious because I’m sure not looking at you; I have better things to do with my eyes! I’m utterly confused.It’s alright; today is the last day I’ll come in here. I don’t want you to be u comfortable with my presence and have to walk past me looking at me like your sick of me again. Whatever I did to any of you; which is nothing…I apologize. Be blessed. Praying for you all.

The food and servicer were great. It was busy when we got there (Sunday lunchtime) but the line moved fast, the food came out quickly and there was plenty of seats. Definitely worth a stop.
