Went in to order a dozen Bundtinis.. was told 10-15 minutes. After an hour of waiting, asked for a refund... I was advised I'm not sure we can do that, I asked to speak to a manager, was to I'm not sure if one is here... remind you while inside waiting 4 other people ordered the EXACT same thing as me, got it within 10 minutes and left.. after confirming I had been waiting an hour they still continued to ignore the fact I had been waiting so long or wanting a refund.... worst nothing Bundt cakes I've ever been too and I will NOT be returning to this location ever again, nor would I recommend it!! All while one poor girl is working the front very busy with multiple people in the back.. yes I will say they were busy but they were obviously good with everyone else's order and to be ignored, denied management or a refund is where I have my issue!!..

People with Gluten Intolerance Beware!
I visited Nothing Bundt Cakes yesterday to try to the Gluten Free mini Bundt cakes. I am aware that this is not a dedicated GF facility. However, the amount of cross contamination must have been astounding because the horrible violent reaction that I had just an hour after eating the cake was shocking.
Many business in the area are not dedicated GF facilities but the care they take is evident because I have never had a reaction. Using dedicated trays, cutlery and new gloves goes a long way to prevent making a customer sick. I regularly eat GF subs at Jersey Mike’s and donuts at Donna’s Delicious Dozen and have never had a reaction.
Advertising GF products just because they’re made with GF ingredients is pointless if you’re not going to at least try to prevent cross contamination. I am terribly sick today and spent money for the privilege to feel like crap.
I definitely won’t be returning. Hopefully one day business will take things like GF intolerance and celiac seriously so that we can shop with peace of mind.

Fast and very friendly service! Plenty of parking and easy to find the store. You can order online ahead of time if that’s easier for you. They have a decent selection of cards if you need one last minute as well as a few gifts too. Right now they even have adult Easter baskets.

They are reasonably priced cakes for 2! (Or 1 if you are mighty hungry).
The first wine I tried these cakes I got the red velvet, it was dry and honestly, no one makes them like a homemade southern mammaw- so I should not have expected much. But it was dry.
I had a discount t for a bogo today and I got the strawberries and Creme. I was again disappointed. It tasted like cake batter inside, the consistency was undercooked and I was underwhelmed.
We got the white chocolate raspberry and the hubs really liked that one. I was done after my dismal experience with the first try. I can make a box cake with real fresh cream cheese icing that tastes better.
I don't think it is worth the hype.

Every other establishment has pumpkin items in stock and has for several weeks but Nothing Bundt does not. I called them on 8/21 to ask when they will have pumpkin and they said they still wouldn’t have it until 9/2. I said “on Labor Day?” She said yes. I said “is this all locations or just Westerville?” She says she believes all since it’s all released at the same time. In the meantime Crumbl had pumpkin cake that was delicious, so you are losing out on money because you are dragging your feet. Anyway I just looked at your hours for tomorrow (September 2nd) & YOU’RE CLOSED just like I expected. Pumpkin is no where to be found on the website. Did that girl even know what she was talking about?
I got a free smaller bundt cake (carrot) for my birthday! That had to be one of the most delicious things I've ever put in my mouth!! It was far better than what I expected and I will definitely be back!

Ordered a cake for Mothers Day. When I arrived to pick it up I was told they didn't have one ready. I had ordered a few days before Mothers Day. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked another customer who walked in when he ordered his cake. He said he had walked in and ordered his cake earlier in the day. He picked up his cake and left. I got my refund and left. I've ordered here before without any issues but have never had a Mothers Day without a cake.

I ordered a cake for my mother for Mother’s Day 6 days in advance. After waiting 15 minutes in line to pick up my online order cashier says we don’t have the flavor ordered for my Mother. I get things happen, but couldn’t you have called me earlier in the day and tell me this? Pick up time 4:30 pm. I don’t have time to get something else. Cashier was respectful and apologized for the mistake. I have ordered from this store for years with no problems, but after this experience I may not order for a special occasion.

Just left the store and my visit was so pleasant that I had to write a review. Billy was so very helpful and enthusiastic as we looked over the cute merchandise in the store. Usually, I go in just for cake but they have the cutest mugs, bears, etc that it makes me want to buy a gift for someone! Highly recommend this location!!

The cakes are okay. No point in ordering ahead since they wait for you to get there before they even print out the order. Even if you’re fifteen minutes past the time the order said it would be ready.
