Saw this Food Truck on the freeway this morning and happened to look at StreetFoodFinder.com and they were just down the street from me at an event. Arrived and met Jim the owner. He has had the business for 4 1/2 years. He does this part time. They were only doing slices at this event $3 a slice. Got a couple of pepperoni slices and a cheese slice. They use a wood fired oven to cook with so it doesn't take long at all. On to the food. The pizza had a nice crust to it. The tomato sauce had a super tomatoie taste which was great. The cheese and pepperoni were just okay as they were just regular store bought products. I will have to check them out at a regular event to try the whole pie and all the other ingredients you can have.
