Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

We used to really enjoy this location. Not sure if tonight was a rough experience one off or not, but multiple flavors were not working. The employee was stating different things to me and then a customer after me which was confusing. The toppings selection didn't seem as organized as it had been in the past. Unfortunate.

I received the worst service i ever have in my life i don't know what was the lady's deal but she was really rude to me and my daughter. This is my second time here and my first experience was alot better from a different lady that helped us I don't remember her name but she had tattoos on her arm but I didn't see here yesterday, that woman deserves a raise. But because of yesterday's experience and seeing alot of related reviews I think we are all better off going somewhere else and supporting a store who knows how to hire proper employees and knows how to properly maintain a clean and safe environment for their customers

Machines are constantly not working. There's an employee that vapes behind the counter and and doesn't even bother to try to hide it. As someone with severe lung issues this is absolutely not okay. Steer clear of here.

This location has gone downhill. Machines are always broken, employees are always on their phone at the register, and I’ve seen the same employee with tattoos vape at the register during two different visits. And if you look below, the owner herself is giving herself 5 stars to try to offset the fall of her restaurant. Just save yourself the trouble and go next door to Cold Stone. It’s cheaper, they’re never out of anything, no one is on their phone, and no one is vaping inside their restaurant.

If it weren't for the fact that my kid likes froyo and that its really the only place close by, I would never step a foot in here again. Every time I walk in here, there are no less than 2 machines with no flavors at all and at least 2 that are out. Sunday afternoon the 29th was no different. Walked into the place and the worker was practically lying on the counter scrolling through her phone. Meanwhile, at least 2 machines were blank with nothing in them. The flavor we wanted just poured soup into the cup. A couple of the machines said low mix and were out. Had it just been me, I would have just walked out, but like I said, we had already gone out of the way to go here and my kid likes froyo. The quality of the food is not the issue. They have decent froyo and toppings. The prices are stupid for what you get like all these places but it's to be expected.

Just pulled in to get some froyo and the machines were all taken apart and being washed and floors were being mopped 40 minutes before close. Super disappointing.
