Great staff. Always very friendly and willing to help. Our son is still learning to order at restaurants so can be bit slow. The cashier was very patient and kind while he was deciding. Food did not take long to come out. Our soups and salads were declious.

Honestly the food was really good and everything was correct but I ordered my usual order and I have a nut allergy and I had a really bad reaction after getting an order that requires no nuts. I’m not sure if there was cross contamination or if gloves weren’t changed when making my order, but make sure that you go in and specifically ensure your food has not been touched by anything else if you have an allergy. My throat and tongue swelled up almost immediately from 1 bite of my sandwich and have been really struggling ever since!

I used the kiosk and ordered the Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack and a fuji apple salad and it was delicious! I was surprised how good the food was.

4 for 4 now they have screwed up our order... I've had someone else's order ,I've had several things missing, and today 1 simple modification to my order they failed yet again !!! Absolutely horrible management to have this type of continuous service!!! Panera has reallllllly gone down hill over the years quick fast and in a hurry !!! This one maybe the worst!!! Total incompetence!!

When I first ordered my food the girl who took my order was possibly in a bad mood her body language and vibe seemed as if I was a inconvience before taking my order. As I was sitting down eating the food was great I can’t complain there however I over heard what was possibly a manager behind the counter say “who did this” some one answered a name and he said if she does it again she’s fired. And then the employee said no I said IAN I think was the name and he said oh well well fire him then and then proceeded to say who is Ian and a young man who answered seemed to be working the hardest out of every one and was very polite when I walked in. I won’t come back to a location with management that talks like that or treats their employees that way like they are just numbers on the books and not human beings. I hope any employees there find a better job that treats them better than that. The possible manager was a guy maybe 40-50 years old wearing a hat and didn’t seem to be wearing a uniform. Who ever he is is disrespectful. The employee who took my order I now have an idea of why your mood was down or seemed that way your management probably doesn’t make it a very good work place.

Manager discovered that the lemonade was not out for guest. Name was called by an employee who didn't even say anything to me when I was standing there. Then when I said we are waiting on a response manager walking from back say it was frozen in the back. I won't be back.
