Customer service skills seriously lacking. Not sure what’s happening at this location. This used to be my favorite Panera but I will go to another location for future needs. Three visits recently and my experience has been very poor. The manger is often loud, speaks aggressively to staff, and rude to customers. Some of the staff are alap extremely rude. Then there are other staff who remain quiet as if afraid to speak. No one is friendly or inviting. It’s as if they get upset when a customer comes in.

Honestly, the best way to describe this plane is lukewarm. My cashier who took my order was lukewarm (but warm enough to make sure I knew how to add a tip to my order), my coffee was lukewarm, my table was dirty so I wet some napkins with the hot water for beverages which was lukewarm, and my food was lukewarm except for the butter, which was rock hard and almost impossible to spread on my bagel. And, I'm writing this on my phone because the wifi connection is so weak in unable to pull up an email on my laptop. I Gabe no idea how this place stays open....

Would give 0 of I could. Went in Xmas eve 825 am. Literally no one in the restaurant. Guy named rich told guest in front of me he couldn’t order a dozen bagels. I said I’m about to order sandwiches and bagels for my staff at an actually busy restaurant. He said he couldn’t help me. What a joke. I get it. We are in the same business. My restaurant across the street will do $25k on sales today. We would be happy to help any guest that walks in. If I order without planning it does suck. But try at least to accommodate in some way. His attitude was so bad. He literally said Jesus Christ when the guy asked for a dozen bagels. Not one person in the store or any bags of pre orders.

I haven’t been in 3 years. Decided to stop in and get some food. The workers making the food were standing around loudly talking about poop, but continuously saying the s word. This is the professionalism and class everyone wants when they pay $$ for a salad. That’s the concept I want in my mind before I eat. That was appallingly common and disgusting. Will never go back.

Food is always good. Only issue is when placing your order the female rushes you with no one in line and doesnt know much if you have questions. Just know exactly what you want and i guess you're good lol

Well found fireside chili disappointing basically it's a soupy mixture of Texas Pete hot dog Chilli with a miniscule amount of kidney beans I did see a couple of diced tomatoes though. Lol. What a let down.

Went in at about 715 to get a bagel with cream cheese and a coke the worker behind the counter demanded I use the kiosk, I said I don't want to use the kiosk as I can't order fountain drinks from the kiosk, the worker then raised his voice, " USE THE KIOSK!" I relented and used the kiosk, left with just a bagel, and a newfound dislike for Panera as a whole.

Love their muffins and bear claws. My husband loves their cookies. We frequently buy their sliced French bread to go.
I recently visited Panera Bread and had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a quick bite. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure my order was prepared just right.
The food was fresh and delicious—I especially loved the variety of healthy options available. The salads are crisp, the sandwiches are packed with flavor, and the soups are comforting. The bakery items are also a treat, with a great selection of pastries and breads that are always fresh.
The café area was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot to relax or get some work done with their free Wi-Fi. Overall, Panera Bread exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Ordered online. Went to pick up order and when I checked the bag my half dozen bagels were missing. Was told they were all out and money refunded. Checked account later and no money returned. Just tried calling and hung up on no less than 7 times. Never going back.

Ordered the cinnamon sandwich with just sausage. Granddaughter is allergic to eggs, I asked for it with no egg no cheese. When I got home there was an egg on it. Ordered the steak and wake. Looking on the menu it says cheddar cheese, I asked for no cheddar and add American cheese and extra American cheese. Get home and no American but cheddar. Called the store, the person answering said they don't have cheddar. If that was the case why does the advertisement say cheddar? After telling her what was wrong, and told her I had just got off from working 12.5 hrs, she asks" so what do you want me to do?" No! Yall messed up my food. And after working 12.5 hrs, I shouldn't have to leave back out my house to drive back 15 mins to get the food replaced. Never again. Do better panera! Customer service was nice. Environment was nice.
