The manager on duty was extremely pushy & showed no remorse for taking the initiative to cancel my order before I picked it up.

Dietary restrictions: The mod cancelled my order & I still showed up to get my food.

Terrible service from manager named “Courtney” if that even was her name I drove here to pick up my online order that said it was ready. Her excuse was you ordered 10 mins before it was closed. Lol it’s your job I got there before you closed? Like what?

The lady taking orders also had to make the food. Long lines to order and she needed help. One of the food preparers was swearing and used the term idiot. I hope he’s ok and has a better day. I like Panera, but this experience leaves room for improvement.

Person who took my order, slipped his thumb out of his glove to use the register. He took my money, gave me my change and slipped his thumb back in his glove and proceeded to pick up my pastry with the same gloves that he had on when he took my money.

Dirty tables. Super unfriendly people. I asked an employee behind the counter if they had any forks and she simply shrugged her shoulders and continued talking with another employee. Someone else game me a fork. Nathan the assistant manager seems to hate his job and hate the customers even more. I Will never go back there.

Unbelievably filthy. 90% of tables were unoccupied, and yet every single one of them was covered in crumbs, wet spots, and food bits, often spilling into the seats and booth benches. I counted at least a dozen flies flying around, and spotted another handful dead on the floor, window sills, etc - which is even more peculiar given the myriad spiderwebs in various corners.I had very low expectations for the “chicken tikka masala” soup, but it was inedible. The spoon they gave me was filthy, and also apparently their last silverware spoon, so a plastic spoon was the best compromise. The soup itself inexplicable had lentils, squash, and kale, but no sign of chicken anywhere in it, and only a teaspoonful of rice. The seasoning was considerably off. Whatever corporate buffoon concocted this monstrosity has clearly never had actual chicken tikka masala, nor did they bother researching anything about it prior to creating this soup allegedly inspired by it.They were also completely out of straws. And while I normally appreciate cooler temperatures, it was practically frigid inside. When still in school, I came to this location 4x a week for the cinnamon bagels, but if the atrocious lack of cleanliness and basic stock of things like clean spoons and straws can’t be addressed, I see no reason to ever return, and you should look elsewhere too.

Some of the staff is super friendly and willing to help make up for any shortcomings on the restaurants end, and some of the staff is the opposite. Most of the time there is little to no genuine care for customer service, as I will walk in and stand with 0 attention paid towards me by any staff for a good minute or two on occasion. Food is always falling short in one way or another, whether it's poor portions, or poor quality of preparation. I could not get a bagel decently toasted at this location if my life depended on it. Food itself is pretty good, and the unlimited sips club is great.
