Ordered a pizza, ended up with cheese sticks. Should’ve ordered elsewhere but the kids wanted PJ’s. Now making Mac and cheese and nobody wants.
Funny enough, our order was wrong the last time we ordered from here as well!

I would agree with other reviews. I love Papa Johns. However, this must be the worst location Ive ever ordered from. Food takes HOURS to be delivered. When it does arrive its so cold you may have pulled it from the refrigerator. On top of that, the past two times the order has been incorrect. Once I didnt even get the item I ordered. No response from the store. I eventually deleted the app on my phone and will purchase elsewhere.

Do NOT order here even as a last resort. I ordered Pizza and breadsticks, waited 3 hours, and when delivered they gave me two orders of breadsticks. That's it! Tried to call multiple times, holding on the line for 30 minutes at a time, and never got an answer. Happy I spent $40+ for breadsticks.

Ordered for delivery at 6:45pm- card is charged. Had no idea the order was sent to door dash. No disclosure at all. 3 hours later no delivery. Called the helpline that sent me to the store. No answer. Directly called the store 4x- no answer . Also have the door dash that I didn’t know about detail to back up this time line. Also called the door dash person 3x. No answer. Better business bureau is next. This place is a scam.

Ordered through app and pizza tracker stated my pizza was ready for pickup after 30 min, went to the store and they stated it would be 5 more min which in reality was 30 more min. Employees looked clueless and would not talk to or help anyone who walked into the store. What's the point of a pizza tracker if it doesn't reflect reality, or maybe the store is gaming corporate by saying pizzas are done when they aren't to meet quotas. Either way I will never return to this location.

This is without question the worst run pizza shop I have ever experienced.
Orders have not been correct nor made well.
I’ve ordered for here 3 times in the past 12+ months. Each time I swore never again. Each time upon arrival, after being notified my order was ready - “20 more minutes”, it appears your arrival is their queue to put the pizza in the oven. All three times over an hour for a carry out order.
It’s a disaster inside, chaotic. Same “manger”, and similar staff each visit.

I would give a 0 if I could. I ordered online and was told my order would be ready at 6:00. I arrived at 6:10 and was told they were backed up and it would be ten more minutes. It is now 6:30 and I am still waiting for my 2 pizzas.
