If I could give it 0 stars I would. I love papa John’s and since this location opened they changed delivery so now I have to get it from here and not our normal location. Our sauce for our cheese sticks was pathetic, they didn’t give us one of our pizzas, I’ve been repeatedly calling them since 2pm when we ordered and got our food and no one has responded, they only answered once and immediately hung up before we could say anything. Their customer service is dismal, their service is crap. I’m severely dissatisfied and disappointed in how my favorite pizza place has treated us today.

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza (light sauce) and a large pepperoni & pineapple (light sauce). They both have extra sauce and the pepperoni & pineapple has no cheese for some reason. I’m not sure whether the workers are messing around or if they’re actually idiots.

Pizza was supposed to be done In 35 minutes. When I arrived to the restaurant at the appropriate time, there were about 10 people standing in the lobby, waiting to talk to the cashier or pick up their food. It seemed like we were being totally ignored. To top it all off, there was a woman in the back with purple hair and missing all her teeth, screaming, cussing, and belittling all of the other restaurant workers. I spoke with another customer who said that she was waiting for 45 minutes, since I just got off of work, I was not willing to wait any longer for what I’m sure it was not going to be good pizza. 0/5 stars if I could.
This store does a very good job compared some other locations. The food comes hot and the order is accurate.

Ordered dinner Sunday evening. Simple order. I left 25% tip (almost $10) plus the fee.
Almost 2 hours later AFTER they subcontracted it through Door Dash the food arrived. And wrong. Of course it was cold. Will not order here again.

Pizza is okay but the estimated time is always wrong. And not just a little. 25-35 minutes is already ~65 and were still waiting here (arrived at the 30-35 minutes time). Also received a text saying it was ready 20 minutes ago. When i told the person up front, they chuckled a little and said well thats way off. So of sounds come tonthisnparircular location give it an extra 20-60 minutes.
