12/06/25 guy working the front is very rude and unprofessional. Been in multiple times for DoorDash today and the lobby was locked at 11:30pm

Guy was extremely rude. Refused to fill the order I paid for and store was locked and lights off at 10:30pm

Do not eat here, EVER. New manager named Ryan is a terrible manager, blames everything on customers and his lack of hiring anyone. Seriously, they probably do very bad things to the food to punish customers.

Placed order for my four nieces and nephews 24 bones bbq wings and bread sticks. Was only giving 13 wings manger stated they may have been big like lady I order 24 pc so they could get 6 each and the bread one order didn't have the seasoning on it. Waste of $50 better off going to little Caesars. Then disconnected the call on me. Rude and waste of time and money. I work to hard to waste money and time. So please don't with this location

Order date 10/24/25 at 8:42pm, order number 108539511. Ordered 1 medium Tavern pizza, 1 large Tavern pizza, and an order of regular breadsticks. I received 2 medium pizzas and burnt breadsticks with no sauce included that day. I generally have a similar order quite often. I immediately called and since the number just goes straight to a call center, I was “transferred to the store.” The guy who answered was a little frantic, he claimed he didn’t recognize my name or order and asked if I had the right store. He set the phone down, where I assumed he was trying to look for the order. After about 5 mins and hearing background noise, I hung up and tried to call back thinking they transferred me to the wrong store location. I called at least 4-5 times and the line just kept ringing and ringing. No one ever answered again after that…. So I attempted to go through the chat online and explain what was going on. They asked me a million questions, some of them repeat questions that I gave the answers to already. Might as well ask for my soul or first born child too because they could have gotten every last detail of what they asked by looking up the order number and just verify it with me. They kept me on the chat for a while and got their answers to their questions then magically decided it was “out of their hands” and that they needed to “escalate” it and open a case to where someone ELSE will contact me. It’s been 4 days and I have yet to receive a call or email or contact from anyone whatsoever. Not only that, when I asked the rep for a number where I could reach someone in case I didn’t get a call, she quickly ended the chat after I asked twice. I have the records of the calls I placed and screenshots of the chat conversation too. I also went online through Pizza Hut and submitted my info for a request to contact me. Nothing. I paid $47.09 through the app, including the fees for delivery and tip. Pizza Hut used Door Dash that day. I was hoping this would be resolved by now, because this location has been generally a great location to order from and they usually do a good job with a minor hiccup here there, not worth complaining about. I did try to call again the next day with no answer again. I guess make sure you talk to your employees and check the order before it goes out….. I also have the receipt where no one “checked the order” at the bottom. I’d like to continue ordering from here if you send the correct order, not burn the breadsticks or forget the sauce it comes with… Thanks.

I recently order from them over the phone, the ordering was fine and we were quoted a 30 min delivery time. When an hour and 10mins go by with no delivery, I call the number to find out it's closed and then drive up to the westerville store and it's also closed!!

This Pizza Hut was great. The room was clean with many seats and screens. Service was great and WiFi was available. The boneless chicken was crispy. The takeout box was great.

My husband and I really wanted to eat in a pizza hut location for lunch and came here and so glad we did! The breadsticks were amazing and the tavern style crust was right on. We highly recommend coming here and you won't be sorry!! We are definitely coming back.
