Had the not so lovely experience of dealing with the district manager Justin, absolutely unprofessional and someone who acts like he's owed something. Definitely someone you wouldn't want running a business

Was so excited to have a Potbelly location closer to home, but our first pickup experience was disappointing. Our 2 regular sandwiches were great, but the grilled cheese in our toddler’s kids meal was totally inedible. There was less than a single slice of cheese on it.
