Today I ordered 2 half sheets for pickup online.it was ready when I got there..but the pizza experience was not the greatest. Edit: management reached out to me and fixed the problem which I thought was awesome.

Absolutely terrible experience at Romeo’s Pizza tonight. The estimated wait time was 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 40, after showing up right on time.

There were about seven people working behind the counter, and not a single one of them bothered to greet me, ask if I’d been helped, or even make eye contact. I stood there watching three other customers come and go with their orders before I finally had to step up and ask for assistance myself.

When I did, I was told my order would be “just another minute,” which actually turned into another 10 minutes. To top it off, one of the items I ordered (an extra bottle of sauce) wasn’t in stock. Instead of telling me or offering an alternative, one of the employees just shrugged and said they’d “throw several little ones in a bag, it’ll amount to about one bottle.” Um, no. That’s not how that works, and you don’t make that call without asking the customer first.

I work in the service industry, so I get it, but this was hands-down the worst service I’ve ever had at a Romeo’s. I actually left a generous tip out of habit, but I won’t be making that mistake again. Takeout service should at least meet the bare minimum: timeliness, communication, and basic courtesy.

Do better, Romeo’s.

Jennifer is a rockstar! I had two large pickup orders today for my workplace (40 pizzas total) and both times I was there Jennifer was churning out pizzas solo. Our staff loved the pizza and I was deeply impressed by Jennifer's level of service.

I try, but I think I'm forever done with this place. Unfortunately more times than not something goes wrong. I ordered online for delivery. The email said it would deliver in 45 minutes. After giving the delivery driver 30 extra minutes of grace I called to check on my order. They said it was busy there and they were backed up. He said that it is on it's way and will deliver at any moment. I gave them 25 more minutes, still nothing. I called again. After 10 minutes of the phone ringing I became irritated and drove to the shop while still on the phone. I walk into the shop with two guys hanging in the back. Mind you the shop was completely clean with no sense of being busy. I stood at the front counter holding my phone while the phone at the shop was ringing. A man casually comes up. I asked about my order he said it's in the system. He asked the other guy if he took the order to be delivered. I didn't hear his response, but this man came back and said there was some sort of a system issue with my order and they never made it. I said whatever, just give me my money back. After 2 hours of this I just wanted to get something to eat and never deal with this place again.

Ordered an hour and half ahead. When I arrived at the requested time, waited 5-10 minutes before someone even talked to me. 3 people looking at their phones, 2 people making pizzas and the gentleman cutting and boxing the pizzas had to stop to come help me. Was told at that time it would be another 10 mins before pizza was ready and watched him go talk to one of the people making the pizzas. Finally received my order 30 mins after requested time and 20 mins after being told 10 more mins. Love the pizza but not sure it is worth the bad service.

Ordered wings, pizza, and bacon cheese sticks. The wings were cold, the pizza was lukewarm, and the bread sticks, well they were okay. There's a young man that works at this location with purple hair who likes to mean mug and stare at customers with an attitude when they're waiting on their order. Someone should retrain that guy on his customer service skills. Waited a long time for cold food. Never again. Used to really love this location, but yikes.

As a customer, their pizza isn’t terrible. The crust is really good and good quality toppings. but the sauce they use kinda ruins the whole thing. The dipping sauce they provide with the pizzas is quite strange, would be better on some wings.

As a DoorDasher I’ve noticed they mess up orders frequently. Provided me the wrong pizza to deliver and the other DoorDasher who was picking up when I was, was missing a whole pizza off her order.

Cold pizza over 30 min past quoted time and didn’t receive entire order…tried calling store and number online and website gives an error message. I hope they see this and call.
