My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch and was able to see all of the Smashburger workers band together and fill a to-go order for 196 people. They did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend Westerville Smashburger.....with these people, you won't be disappointed! 😊
I visited the location at 552 State st in Westerville Oh on April 22,2023 and was treated extremely poorly. I arrived to the location at 9:15 while the hours are until 9:30 and the location had the doors locked. I seen a worker on the inside and when I signaled to the door, he was extremely rude in telling me “The doors are locked for a reason.” I can’t seem to understand why if the hours are until 9:30, why the doors are closed 15 minutes prior?
